I don't think I have ever had a bad burger from here. Always fresh and made to order. I love the tempura green beans with the Sriracha aoli. And they have $1 ice cream cones.Seating can be hard to come by when they are busy.They changed the order process to having self serve kiosks, which I do not like. They will take your order in person, but are slow to do so (one less $20 employee for every kiosk...)

CHECK YOUR BILL, I got a bad experience, I made an order and pay with credit card at the cashier, I inserted the card and paybfor it, after I got my food to go noticed that in my bill there was a tip of 20% added to my bill, I never did this, when I approached to the cashier who took my order, she and other in the kitchen where trying to make me feel guilty. Even though I did not touch the monitor or something. Just check your receipt look for those unadverted tips. I always leave tip in cash or in the card but not this agresive demand. Look like habit co. Doesn't pay well to workers.

The Dragon Slayer (Bay Area Bars)
came in for food, but the store was closing early around 5. I was going to leave but two female employees told me and my family the store would still be open, they quickly got into a car together and left laughing. As i tried the door it was locked firmly and another employee smoking outside by their car laughed at me. needless to say it was a very unpleasant trip home

Everything is made fresh here and they do a good job. I do not eat red meat but their chicken sandwich is pretty amazing. My wife enjoys their salads very much. The people here work their butts off.Definitely support this place - it's in a little strip mall of businesses that never last - but this one should be around forever.
