The service was phenomenal. Autumn was so sweet and her energy throughout our dinner service was one of a kind. The Chicken Picatta was delicious to say the least. My son enjoyed his Chocolate Lava cake which melted in his mouth. I love coming to Rosa's.

The restaurant Rosa's Italian opens at 4 p.m. It was now 4:30 p.m. Very friendly and lots of waitresses, so one for every action. One takes the order, another brings the drinks, one brings the food and one clears away. The food was down-to-earth, Italian, well seasoned. With 2 bottles of Pellegrino at $7 each and a glass of wine we were once again at $86, without tip and without taxes.In terms of ambience, it looks more like a canteen or a youth hostel dining room.

This place was awesome! Food was great and service awesome. My shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was nice the thick like the way I like it and and shrimps were nice, big and firm to the bite!

We recently had a group dinner in the banquet room. William was amazing with the reservations. The service, food and ambiance were all outstanding!! This restaurant had a wonderful back East vibe, with menu items like, spumoni and Affogato. When you go to Pismo, definitely stop by for an amazing experience and meal.
I'm so disappointed. I've been coming to Rosa's for years. It was my favorite restaurant in the whole entire world and although we live in Atascadero we always made the trip for amazing food. The warm bread is delicious and typically we order calamari to share. The calamari had to of been frozen the last time because it was chewy and inedible. Luckily the bread was still good though. My Alfredo was altogether different and not in a good way. I asked our waitress what happened to the one meal I've craved and looked forward to for years. She mentioned the owner decided to change the recipe because the chicken changed the integrity of the sauce. She said she was bummed about the change too. It wasn't good.. my husband ordered penne bolognese and his noodles were undercooked and the sauce wasn't great. He doesn't like to complain so we chose not to. We won't be back. It wasn't worth the $100 for a special date night anymore. I will attach a picture of the previous Alfredo I loved and the current one I am disappointed in.

We ate dinner here while we were into visiting and it was DELICIOUS! Food was excellent, wonderful selection of wine and a great atmosphere. The service was also wonderful, our server was very knowledgeable and was able to give specific details about the entrees.

This is authentic, delicious Italian food perfectly prepared. The portions are fat, the wait is reasonable and the staff is amazing. I had the Italian Garden drink a few years ago and came back for it recently and it's just as good as I remembered.

Held a rehearsal dinner with 24 people. Outstanding service and the food was awesome. Manager Willie Barcellos was super helpful assisting in setting the event up. Would highly recommend them for any occasion or just regular dining.

Well maybe I was there on an off night but, wasn’t all that impressed with my minestrone soup and Italian meat ball….both were very bland….very uninspired execution of cuisine in my world. Shouldn’t a meatball be seasoned maybe add some onions paprika or something….Tasted very bland. My minestrone soup was about the same. Bread was decent but, butter came out very cold & hard….difficult to spread. I think I try the other place up the road on my next visit.
