My friends and I love grabbing something sweet and Alda's is always on our minds when it comes to that. Their ube is so so yummy and this is the first place where I've tried an ube matcha latte and it did not disappoint. I can't wait to try more of their food overtime. As a Filipino it's always nice to have something that reminds me of back home :)

Unfortunately I was sadden to know this place isn't a restaurant that has any seating available it's an order for pickup only. So be prepared to have a long wait line. I was really looking forward to having the adobo fried rice omelette. At least you know your getting fresh food. We decided to try this place since we were playing at a football tournament but because it was pickup only we ended up only getting dessert here to go. I got the Ube flan and the ube cheesecake price is about $6 each. Ube cheesecake was my favorite too bad I ate it before I had the chance to take a photo. The crispy topping on the Ube flan was great texture. The place looked closed but says open so make sure to ring the doorbell.

Ordered sisig, lechon, lumpia and shortbread on a Thursday noon. Not so happy with their food. Sis if lacked flavor. Lechon was old and dry, lumpia was soggy and gave me a tummy ache. Shortbread was just polvoron and was actually good. So.

I was curious about this place since it's near my work and I LOVE ube. However, after trying a handful of the treats here, I thought this place was just O.K with the ube flavored items. I didn't try the savory foods so this review is only for the ube treats I tried. I ordered the Ube Horchata, the ube cheesecake, and ube cookies. The ube horchata was a little strange tasting to me - it didn't taste very sweet and it also didn't really taste like ube? I wasn't sure what I was expecting. I thought the ube cheesecake was also EXTREMELY dense. It was actually a little tough to eat with how dense it was. The ube cookies were probably my favorite treat that I ordered out of the 3 items, but they were just okay! Overall, I thought the ube flavor in these treats wasn't very strong at all. It actually seemed a little bland. I would eventually want to try other treats from this place. Everything is also ordered to-go. You order at a window and wait for your food to be ready. There is no sit down area! I think I would have to try other items here for sure next time, and I would definitely give an updated review when that time comes!

The nicest owners ever. They’re so incredibly sweet and have the best food and drinks and desserts that are so consistently delicious and I keep coming back over and over and it’s so worth it. Their spaghetti and ice cream shake and halo halo are especially amazing. The best owners too. support a small business!!! Melon juice is amazing too
