They have great BBQ, especially their famous sauce. My family used to order from here all of the time, both locations. Unfortunately, I typically avoid going here due to their extremely poor customer service. Every time I visit or call, the staff assisting me has an attitude, especially if they get your order wrong (good luck getting refund). For me, poor customer service is a deal breaker. :/

This place use to be very good, not sure what's happening now. I just had surgery on Tues 10/31, and my grandson wanted to treat me to a rib dinner, he went there pick the food up and dropped it off to me. When I opened the container only chopped up pieces of hard burnt barbecue, pieces which I could not chew, and Mac and cheese was old also, not good if you want to keep good customers so disappointed. Won't go back.
