Compared to many other donut shops their prices and variety are very good. The staff was very friendly and professional. They also have a good variety of cups and mugs...much better prices than a certain coffee chain which charge an arm and a leg for Chinese made mugs and cups.

drove all the way there at 3pm looking forward to have donuts. they only had 3 flavors. when i asked when will more be made? the kids replay was, in a very long time. management should be supvisoring these kids. NO money being made when you have nothing made to sell!!

Dunkin is cool. My husband likes the coffee and the jelly filled munchkins. I am not the biggest fan of dunking but will honor a very fair review. They were a bit short staffed today so there was a little bit longer wait. I completely get it, but they did have what seemed like a descent staff attendance. From what the manager said they over staff weekend mornings which proves to be a great call. Right on dunkin. The food is ok, donuts I mean. I have not tried the other hot foods but might and will update. The specialty coffees are hit and miss. But try them out and enjoy, hope you find your fav and support the place.

I ordered 2 orders of egg bites ,only received 1 order.I called in and I was speaking clearly.The lady kept saying,I can't hear you,finally after I was yelling in the phone she asked why was I calling.She claimed she would write down my name and I would have to go and get the missing order.I suggest they check their phone system12/2/23Follow-up-I went in and received the missing item and they apologized about the mix-up .On their system it supposedly shows up as 2 egg bites,versus 2 orders.The staff was very attentive today

Donuts are delish and wide variety. The two missing stars are for the incompetent managers for not training their staff correctly. When ordering, be sure to check your bags BEFORE LEAVING. Check receipt too cause staff often forget the courtesy of including napkins on top of missing items (donuts and drinks) then get mad that THEY made a mistake and we are at the counter complaining smh

I'm upset with the lady Michelle when I ask the cheese flavor if they have and she run away and laughing she ask his Co worker behind her and she laughed and run away from me and she never came back and there's another who went out to help me..and when I asked to the lady to come out what is wrong she never came out the other lady said they were having conversations it makes me upset what is her Problem about me..

In my opinion, they had the best creamy hot chocolate, but when I ordered today it seemed watered down and not creamy at all. I told them, and they apologized but let me know that they no longer have the machine that makes the hot chocolate. They now use hot water/milk and manually stir in cocoa powder. Guess I gotta search elsewhere once again. Dunkin, get your machine back!

Location is always clean. Nice staff. The Crullers are not the best. I like them super moist and these are not. also they do not carry chocolate or maple Crullers. But my family love all the rest of the flavors.
