The website for this business is misleading. I ordered a platter of bone in wings without realizing that this is just a Chili's restaurant. The order was all wrong and the wings were not very good. Almost no sauce and the breading was super soggy. Order was not very hot when I picked it up. Also these were supposed to be bone-in. Mostly I was disappointed by the fact that the website made it appear as a standalone business when everything actually comes out of a Chili's kitchen. Will not return.

Used to get the 11 piece Apple BBQ wings from here all the time and LOVED it, but ever since they switched to DoorDash instead of their website, the wings have tasted terrible and you get way less for the price. Bring back my wings :(

I made an online order from them once over 2 years ago. Soon after, I started getting harassed by them with tons of emails. I've unsubscribed from their emails over 2 dozen times, but still, every week, I get harassed with more emails. I've emailed their corporate office, but still, more emails. I've refused to order from them again or eat at Chili's out of spite. I'm petty. Eat there if you choose BUT NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS! If you really want good wings, go to Crosstown's (Batavia & Naperville locations). They have the best, and its worth the drive!

Not impressed.I ordered boneless wings with 2 different sauces: Mango Habanero and Buffalo sauces. The order came with curly fries which were soggy by the time they reached my house via DoorDash, but I expected that.The wings were barely warm and had hardly any sauce on them at all. If they had been sauced properly, they may have been good. I guess we'll never know.I should have checked Yelp before ordering.#disappointed

These were the most disappointing wings I've truly ever had. It was as if they microwaved Tyson frozen chicken nuggets from the grocery store. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot the sauce, but actually they put the smallest spoonful of sauce on the bottom of the container and threw the wings on top of it. They forgot the ranch. They were supposed to walk it to the car which never happened and we eventually gave up and went inside to grab it ourselves. This became one of my deepest regrets. I am so sorry for anyone that had to eat this. What more can I say? They did not give an option for zero stars.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

We’ll finally got around to It’s Just wings… and I wish I didn’t.Not pleased at all. Even tho the prices are decent for wings and fries, these wings was “meh” Ias much as I hate that stop wings place everyone loves, IDgo there before coming back to its just wings… the wings was cooked the way I like them, fried hard I suppose, but the feathers and lack of flavor is what makes it a no go. Did the lemon pepper of course and the Cajun like Bobby bushay mama made em, Bobby n his mama should be ashamed, they fry all their wing together and I’m sure mine wasn’t fresh, they barley put any Cajun on my wings, whoever, the lemon pep, had a ton of the season all over my container and on one side of the wings but mostly on my container.$22 for 16 wings is a steal, the lack of flavor was a bad deal, mind you all the feathers still on a few of the wings didn’t sit well with the wife either. Two stars for the wings and convenience. I DoN’t recommend these wings.

I ordered the 16 piece garlic parmesan and original flavor and it didn't have any sauce on either of them. The curly fries were cold and hard. I was very disappointed. Will never order from them again. Take my word. 31.00 gone down the drain. I threw it all away. SMDH.

We ordered chicken platter and added French Fries for $8 for pick up. Guess what we came home to find out there was no French Fries we paid $8 for. We called trying to inform the restaurant to inform them what happened. Very disappointingly no one picks up the phone and every time we called the phone is hung up and it says for technical difficulties. What a rip-off.
