The drink was terrible, they gave me an accident and it caused me gasps, harming my health, ask for your drinks without ice so they can see if they are in optimal conditions, the interior needs more hygiene.

This place is right next to chick-fil-A little n Pittsburgh,how convenient,This place is busy and now i know,they're serving good tasting Taiwanese bubblicious,as always i ordered the brown sugar boba less sugar and less ice,staff are efficient and friendly ,place is very clean,love the taste of my brown sugar and boba is just right chewy.

The girl at the register was sweet but the girl making my drink was rude asf. The barista gave me the wrong drink and gave me a rude face when I told her it was incorrect as if it was my fault. Don't be mad cus you made the mistake Bad customer service, making the whole store look bad. Other than that the other workers were nice and my drink was good.

This is my favorite Sharetea location. The service is always nice & the boba-ristas are always so quick! The QQ Happy Family Milk Tea comes w 6 toppings and I would have not know that if the cashier lady didn't tell us, so thank you for caring :) ambiance is chill, and cold in there which is fine cos it's so hot out!
Today, I went in with my daughter and didn't know they didn't take cash. One employee, just came up and said don't worry and bought my baby's drink. I was having a long day and totally forget about my scan pay lol. That was so sweet of her. She was a sweet young lady with glasses, wish I caught her name. All the employees were very nice. I told my daughter about kindness and told her to give the employee her $10 and tell her thank you. The employee said "no, it's okay". I just wanna say thanks. I was having a long day, forget my cards at home, and forgot about my scan pay ??♀️??♀️ We appreciate you and the other staff for being so nice and kind ❤️Monday August 7th, 2023 apprx 9:30pm
