My regular visits to the Starbucks on California and Loveridge in Pittsburg have left me with a blend of impressions, and it's only fair to acknowledge the positive aspects alongside some challenges.Firstly, the staff at this Starbucks location deserve commendation for their consistently good service. The baristas are friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Despite the occasional hiccups in my orders, the staff's professionalism and willingness to address concerns have been noteworthy. They've gone the extra mile to rectify mistakes promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.The convenience of the mobile app for ordering and pickup is undoubtedly a highlight. It saves time and adds a layer of efficiency to the whole process. However, my ongoing issue lies in the accuracy of the orders fulfilled. On multiple occasions, I've found discrepancies between what I ordered through the app and what was available upon pickup. An example would be the recent incident with an everything bagel, where I received a plain one instead.While this may seem like a minor detail to some, for me, a seamless and accurate order process is an essential part of the overall Starbucks experience. It's about reliability and trust in the system. I appreciate the efforts of the staff to address these concerns when raised, but there seems to be room for improvement in ensuring that orders placed through the app are consistently fulfilled as intended.In conclusion, the Starbucks on California and Loveridge offers a pleasant ambiance, friendly service, and the convenience of mobile ordering. this Starbucks is INSANELY slow, it took 15 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive thru……is everything okay here? This is also the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever witnessed, don’t dare go in the bathroom ??

I never drive off without tasting my coffee first. This day I was having trouble getting the paper off the straw and didn't want to keep up the line so I drove off... Big mistake. I always get three shots of espresso in my coffee. it's not so much, the caffeine, but I love a strong coffee taste. Once again, I received sugar milk. The line was moving unusually fast, which I guess it's a good thing, but you have to make sure that your customers are getting what they paid for.

Trying to get in the parking lot was an issue. Ordered bagels and they gave me cream cheese, but not a knife. Try to pull out of their parking spot and had to wait for the drive-through cars to move forward. That only took 10 minutes, they really need to do something about that.Parking: Look at the comment above, the handicap parking is blocked by the drive-through cars- not a good idea!Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking spot looks like it would be hard to navigate. Getting into the facility and getting out to the road as well.

Beware, this location often has the longest drive thru line in the general area. I never get stuck in line for 30+ minutes at other Starbucks, but at this one I regularly do. The evening crew also is not good at making drinks, the lattes taste like they've been cut with a lot of water.

The bathroom is extremely dirty. The sink hasn’t been washed for a long time, there is no toilet paper or paper napkins available.What a mess. I’m surprised Starbucks would let this tarnish the image.The coffee was good, but I still don’t think I would come back.

Waited in line for 25-30 minutes just for the barista to tell me they have no change for $100 even though I had a big order. Didn't even bother asking if I'll be ordering a lot just said " we just changed the register so no we don't have change" still currently stuck in the line when there's only 4 cars in line.

Ashley was very rude. Not attentive at all, didn't even great me and completely rushed me when taking my order. She didn't even repeat it back to me and when I told her I placed both a mobile and ins tore order she looked at me and rolled her eyes eyes. Sadly this isn't the first time she has had this attitude.
