“301 Cafe is Placentia's oldest restaurant and still serves the same excellent, authentic Mexican dishes that late founder Maggie had on the menu for decades. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is that of a vintage bar and grill from the 1930s-1940s era. There is a long bar on one side of the restaurant and tables and booths on the opposite side. It's a family friendly place so no hesitations about bringing the kids along.“
“Really good coffee, but as with most places, get there early if you prefer dark roasts. The Winchester and Capistrano are nice dark roasts. The Cranberry Rosemary muffins are really tasty. Nice place with a good atmosphere. Only one detail....**Please pay better attention to your restrooms. They're clean most of the time, but need checked for soap and paper products more diligently. Empty those trash cans, keep the soap dispenser full, and keep the paper stuff installed, and you'll get a fifth star. Thanks!“
“Awesome spot with a great family run business model. The food is amazing and the coffee is well made also. Nice 80’s classics overhead. Very relaxing, comfortable environment. Would definitely recommend the Fraise Classic and B.E.S.T. crepes! The Norwegian is also great option for Lox lovers. Can’t say enough how friendly and warm the family is and how delicious the food is.“
“OG, Japanese salt butter roll!Everything is constantly baked throughout the day. If you happen to visit at a time when it wasn't right out of the oven, they will heat it for you. They also have various gourmet drinks, including coffee and Macha based. Lots of attention to detail on everything they make. One downside is that parking can be a bit of an adventure, and there is usually a line to order. Line, however, moves quickly.I would highly recommend this bakery!Parking: Street parking can be difficult to find. They also have a parking garage with a 2 hour validation from the bakery“
“I'm a low-key regular customer at this coffee shop, and I love it! Since the day they first opened till now, I've been hooked. The owner lady is an absolute sweetheart and always remembers me and my pet bird when we visit. The atmosphere is so chill and clean it's the perfect spot to wind down and enjoy a cup of coffee. And speaking of coffee, it's always top-notch and consistent. The service is fantastic, too. The staff always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome.“
“Just want to give a shout out to the staff works here their friendly very helpful but I'm here for the food I always order the breakfast bagel with a vanilla latte very tasty the ingredients are from the chart just done right/ thank you to the workers for Their good service, they are friendly, how delicious the food is, ordered the breakfast bagel and a vanilla latte. The ingredients are so fresh, delicious, I recommend this place to everyone.“
“Kyoto cold brew is a favorite of mine. Slow-drip Cold Brew takes 14-16 hours for ice-water to drip down and create this coffee. The invigorating ambiance of this Rabbit and Bean Coffee Bar is perfect for someone who prefers the peace and quiet. Love this café“
“My go to spot when I'm working! The employees super sweet and greet you as soon as you walk in! They also help me make a good choice!! The protein smoothies are my go to!! The CHUNKY MONKEY is my go to the creamy peanut butter really hits the spot! My FAVORITE thing about his place is how they write little notes/affirmations on your cup and that really puts a smile on my face!!It's small inside but has a cute bar to enjoy your drinks and has some cute photos opps inside!!They also have a reward system, which comes in handy if you go often!!GET YOUR PROTIEN IN HERE!!“
“Thought we'd stroll over to try the coffee after eating breakfast at Eggspresso. Service was suoer friendly and the coffee was smooth and delicious. I got a hot decaf coconut latte with Almond milk and hubby got decaf latte with banana syrup with soy milk iced. Tried a few of the pastries...creme brulee pastry reminiscent of mochi bars and a churro croissant. Both yummy. Will definitely be back!“
“With so many coffee options these days, its nice to see that stands out like Da Vien coffee. With offerings like Durian or Ube coffee - each one delicious and smooth - Da Vien is a great place to get some unique coffee if you are in the Little Saigon area!“
“My parents have visited in the past and told me that whenever I’m in L.A. to check out Porto’s. Well, I came down from Vegas for the day and as I was getting ready to head back I made sure to stop by the store in Buena Park to pick up some goodies as I was coming from Huntington Beach.I picked up a selection of savory and sweet items to try out. As I am half Cuban I remember eating the same items as my grandmother made and sure enough the items I picked out had spot on flavor. Next time I’m back in Southern California I am going to purchase even more to bring back. The price per item is really inexpensive as well. The bakery inside is large with plenty of seating. They have 2 counters to order from as well as a side cafe.“
“So happy my wife and I found this place! First off the folks that work here are so sweet and thoughtful. Constantly making sure we have what we need and pointing out tables that are open incase we want a bigger table. You walk in and you’re greeted by the sweetest people . The food here reminds me of my abuela! Their cafe de olla is also spot on! I make this at home too and the one they make is perfect- reminds me of my favorite one in Mexico . I love the churros and the chilaquiles dishes are so filling and they are generous w the protein of choice. My favorite is the salsa verde one w eggs. We love coming here for our breakfast dates. Makes me miss my grandma too.“
“A true hidden gem in Orange County! Limoncello Cafe is nestled next to a Chevron Gas Station and at first glance you may be taken aback, but don't let the location fool you. Friends and I decided to stop by after a nice morning hike at Santiago Regional Park nearby and we were pleasantly surprised by how good this spot was. The menu was extensive, filled with healthy and hearty brunch foods.Pollo Panini (5/5): deliciously toasty, tender chicken, the perfect pesto flavor. Not to mention the best cheese pull!Avocado Toast (4/5): I love me a good avocado toast and the flavor was there, but this one was a bit on the simpler side. Healthy Greens Juice (5/5): a true #healthiswealth pressed juice. Need I say more?Tropical Smoothie (4/5): refreshing for a warm afternoon brunch, but a little on the pricey side. Finally, service was great. Workers are super nice and easy to order with at the window. Bonus points for plenty of dog friendly seating and tons of parking. Definitely visiting again soon to try out more menu items!“
“Drove 45 mins to try this place. When I saw the ube in the menu,, felt the urge to try it. The ube iced latte and ube waffles were delicious and I wouldn't mind returning to order them all over again. Though I love avocado toasts, this had chorizo that tasted so strong. It was overpowering. For me, it was not a good combination. Ample parking. It didn't take 5 mins for us to get seated. Staff were attentive. I might return to try other items in the menu.“
“Title: A Sweet Escape in the Heart of Orange CircleSweet Art Cafe, nestled within Orange Circle, offers a delightful escape for pastry aficionados and coffee connoisseurs alike. Their almond croissants and in-house made pastries are divine, paired perfectly with specialty lattes and cappuccinos. The cozy ambiance and warm service make it a gem worth discovering.“
“The wife and I went in there on a whim after seeing this on Instagram. We each had a drink. She had the peach black tea and I had the strawberry green tea, the drinks were very refreshing, well-made and fresh. I was impressed with their drink, so I ordered the Blue lemonade- Amazing refreshing, sparkling drink. The bahnmi mini breadsticks were good. We will definitely stop by again soon. Thank you-we love your space and your drinks!“
“Extremely good every time we've gone. The things I've tried have all been a bit too salty and/or sugary for my taste which I don't love, but the meals are all super interesting and incredible quality. Very pleasant atmosphere, even with the extensive wait times because of how small it is.“
“Parking: Parking is either a hit or miss. There’s free street parking. Careful parking in some street spots as they have restricted times.Ambiance/Environment: You’ll notice they are always busy. Constant customers walking in. It’s very spacious inside with enough seating for large groups, doubles, and singles.Service: Don’t be intimidated by the long line. Their throughput is quick and efficient! We ordered two drinks and waited under 3 minutes. Baristas are very knowledgeable about their drinks. What made this a unique experience for us was their reversed operations. The usual coffee operation is ordering with the cashier and paying at the register prior to retrieving your order from the barista. At Phin Smith, you actually place your order with the barista at the bar, try out your drink first, and if you’re satisfied with your order, then you pay at the register in the end. If you’re not satisfied with your order, let the barista know so they can remake your order until you are satisfied. Genius!Drinks:1) Seoul Latte (seasonal) - Made up of three layers. The bottom layer is your choice of milk, the middle layer is the Phin dripped coffee, and the top layer is house made foam. So delicious! Not too sweet at all! It is definitely a taste of Korea. 8/102) Peanut Butter Coffee - I heard this was one of their popular drinks, so I had to try this for myself. I looove peanut butter, and I love coffee. Why not get the best of both worlds? The peanut butter wasn’t too overpowering; not too sweet either. Tasted well with their Phin dripped coffee. 8/10Pricing: Prices are $$ average and fair. We ordered two large drinks, and the total came out to $13.05 after taxes.“
“We walked in and discovered a warm, inviting and knowledgeable barista who guided us to the most delicious and unique, very large breakfast sandwich. Creme brûlée coffee is divine, the presentation unexpected. The outside of the building does not represent what delights you will find inside. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant/ coffee house.Limitless ⭐️Parking: 7 parking spots/ also has a drive through window“
“Pretty good! I think it's awesome that they have organic coffee. I got a Latte with almond milk. It was decent, better than say Starbucks, but a little bland. They might benefit by upgrading whatever almond milk they use. Unsweetened almond milk though please! Customers can always add sugar themselves if they want to. And please get a gluten free bread option for your toasts!Dietary restrictions: Non dairy options“
“Great place to study and good food/drinks. The hot chocolate was superb and the even have a cute little loft upstairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, no automatic door buttons for bathroom/entry. But the side door is wide open and the bathroom is huge.“
“Move over Sidecar, Oliboli is where its at! I'm kidding .. It's like comparing apples to oranges. But I guess I prefer a nice glazed donut over cakey donuts. And that's the difference. The thing I love about Oliboli is that they're made fresh to order. They're hot and fresh while soft and airy. I'm not super big on sweets, but I did enjoy these donuts. I ended up grabbing a half a dozen box. I chose pistachio, meyer lemon, raspberry lychee, butter pecan, matcha, and maple bacon. My husband and I really enjoyed their pistachio and butter pecan the most. Everything was delicious, but those are definitely our faves. There are seating available inside and outside. Perfect spot to sit in or take out. I was helped out by the lovely Hannah. The staff is super friendly and sweet.“
“1st time here from a friend suggestion- food excellent, pancakes were in top 10% and would be hard not to order again. Maybe try French Toast next time or the great looking waffle.Nina was patient and attentive wile waiting tables solo with a fairly full house. Good sense of humor. Will be adding Orange Cafe to breakfast haunts.-Rich“
“Quality does not come cheap but if you appreciate a very good meal that is large enough for something the next day as well, then this is your place. I purchased the exceptional crispy fries covered with sauce and my choice of meat that made me look forward to leftovers. Every time we are back in town to visit family Blakes Place is at the top of our list.“
“We discovered this place upon leaving another restaurant due to lack of parking on a street sweeping day. We drove around and gave this place a try. It’s a humble location but once we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised with the service. The servers were very nice. Coffee was smooth and food was even tastier. We went for the Mexican Breakfast menu and it was a whole lot of food. Servers were friendly. We will go back again.“
“Get the Strawberry Princess and Strawberry Overload and have yourself a strawberry feast. The Strawberry Princess is a delicious moist sponge cake topped with real strawberry purée and cheese foam. It's so good. The strawberry overload is a mixture of teas with strawberry purée and it is so yummy. The staff is so friendly and the service was amazing.“
“This place has excellent coffee ☕. I got the Dulce De Leche coffee just to try it and I loved the coffee but I didn't like the Dulce De Leche with the coffee so I would probably try a different latte flavo there. I loved their cannoli it tasted good and I was surprised also because not too many places carry cannolis. Overall I would recommend coming here. ❤️“
“There was no line when we came, so we got the teas very quickly. The woman at the cashier was very friendly and communicable. She was very eager to tell us about all of the various teas the place has to offer, and we even tried some new and unusual teas. The menu is very extensive, and teas we tried were absolutely delicious.“
“Come stop in! Patrick made my experience. He was so patient & helpful as I was debating my selection. Having never been here before, I wanted to try to espresso by itself but also wanted to try a seasonal bevvie. He recommended I try the Campfire Capp & that he could do a split shot so I could taste the espresso separately. The Capp was made to perfection*, & the espresso was a lovely Colombian. I will definitely be back when in the area!“
“Visited this cozy spot and was instantly won over, not just by the super yummy, kid-friendly meals, but also by all those lovely little details. Every element, from high-quality utensils to bowls and curry pots designed for easy handling, has been thoughtfully selected. Even the bamboo tray added a cute, homely vibe. Service might lean towards the slow side, but the wait is worth it when you know each dish is freshly prepared. It felt like each dish was made with care just for us.“
“It's one of the best sandwich shops around. Everything was fresh. The bread, meats, lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, sauce, etc. I had Tom's Choice. My friends ordered the California delight and turkado. The first bite of Tom's says it all. My taste buds and belly were happy.. It was a big sandwich. I could only eat half. Also, I had the potato salad, too. It was good. The sandwiches were way better. I would come back in the future. Thank you !!“
“Always phenomenal. Great people making delicious and healthy food. One of a kind restaurant and market.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. I opt usually for the incredible beans, which I also regularly buy and make at home. They are distributed by a company called Rancho Gordo. If you have never tried their beans and are a bean lover, life is about to get a little sweeter.Parking: Free parking behind the restaurant.“

“I've been coming to Almond Haus throughout the years and love this spot! I just started coming back more frequently for their Almond Milk tea It's the same consistent taste every time I've ordered it.I want to take the time to shoutout Duyen! Today was my first time having her be my cashier. Duyen made sure to take the time to show that she was genuinely excited to be serving these drinks to the customers So thankful to have run into her this time around. She made the experience so much better by just being interactive and engaging with customers even if it's just for a moment. I pulled my phone out while I was waiting for my drinks to write this review!! I already had a reason to come here because of their Almond milk tea but Duyen just sealed the deal just by being herself. Now off to drink both of my almond milk teas!! (it's good get it)“
“This is a great spot! Best coffee, I got the peppermint latte, my husband just got a black coffee. The owner was so nice, helping me and my husband customize our selections to get exactly what we wanted. Great place to kill time while we were charging our car.Kid-friendliness: Lots of tables and very friendly even when my kids made a mess.“
“By @asiandumplingsmugglerNestled in a quiet corner off Magnolia in Anaheim, I stumbled upon a hidden breakfast haven – Atticus Cafe. The chilaquiles with steak and red sauce redefine the dish; a champion’s breakfast that demands a pilgrimage to this unassuming spot. Traditionally, I’ve never conquered a full plate of chilequiles elsewhere – the allure waning after a chip or two. At Atticus, I found myself devouring the entire plate, yearning for more.A side journey into small pancakes reveals a marvel of texture – akin to mochi, light, yet full bodied and satisfying. Atticus, continues to astound me with each bite. Then enter the hot olla coffee – a masterpiece weaving flavors seamlessly. What were already good dishes ascend to a symphony of culinary fireworks. Atticus, an unassuming find delivering an overaall delicious experience. @atticuscafe_brunch @finchatticus30 #brunch #breakfast“
“Our waitress was Sandra, she was very friendly, attentive, explained some dishes from the menu, and took our order in a timely manner. Our food was very delicious and warm when it got to our table, food took about 10-15 min to arrive, which I find ok because it was busy, but my shake did take longer than expected. Overall, I will be coming back. Service, atmosphere, and food were very good.“
“Mom and pop place. Nice couple and feiendly. Good flow of custimers. Spouse and myself traveling out of town( work related for spouse). His has been here 3 days in a row bought 2 dozens of donuts and a dozen of bagels for office people a shop crew. The donuts are not greasy and light.Parking: Area is safe and other businesses in the same plaza.“
“I've been here twice so far and have yet to be disappointed. I love to go for brunch so that's where most of my experience focuses on. They have unique and super yummy options. The waffle and french toast are both great. My friend even got the gluten free waffle and loved it, said she was still thinking about it two days later. I know it's a weird thing to focus on, but also love their bacon...it's so crispy and thin, which is great. It's a super cute atmosphere, inside and out. Very dog friendly with the patio seating and the service is always amazing. Super attentive and friendly. Always feel welcomed. I could go on and on...just give it a try, you won't be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They seem to have a wide variety of dietary restriction options, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.Parking: It's downtown Santa Ana so parking is paid, but at least it's less expensive than LA parking. Both street and a parking garage are nearby, very walkable“
“Was in the Buena Park area and wanted to study/work at a cafe. I went to both Stereoscope and Smoking Tiger, and both places were completely packed. People were literally sharking for a place to sit. I remembered that I had passed by this place before, so I decided to head here and see if there was anywhere to sit, and thank goodness there was! While there is ample seating available, the place is definitely busy as well. There is a mix of people who are there to study, others who are there to catch up/hang out with friends, and those who are just there to grab a coffee to go.I ordered the New London, which is one of their signature drinks. After looking at the menu on my phone, I narrowed down my choice to either the New London or the Spanish latte and then actually asked the worker which one he thought was better and he suggested the New London, so I went with it. The drink was pretty good. A bit expensive, as it was over $6, but I get why they charge more if it's specialty coffee and people might stay for some time to use their space to study/do work.Other things I like about this place as a study/work spot include the fact that there are some seats where outlets are available, which is really hard to find these days. Wifi is also available as well, and I had no issues with the connection. Restroom is clean, too.The only things that I feel are cons about this place is the fact that the seating/tables towards the back of the shop are impractical/uncomfortable and that there is only one tiny menu at the counter, so if you are waiting in line you wouldn't be able to see it until it is your turn to actually order. Best to look up the menu on your phone beforehand if you don't want to feel rushed.“
“Second time here and I've gotta say both experiences have been quite pleasant. Tried the Ca Phe and it was pretty tasty. Coffee is also reasonably priced and the atmospehere is very laid back. I would definitely come back a third time next time I'm in the area.Parking: Lots of parking around the shop entrance.Kid-friendliness: Kids sitting and having a nice meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Disability ramp right in front.“
“Delight Ice Cream offered a satisfying experience with their Japanese ice cream. However, the cleanliness standards were lacking, as both the toilets and sofas were not up to par. This issue with cleanliness detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit, highlighting a need for improvement in this aspect for a more pleasant customer experience.“
“Great coffeeshop to study or relax. It is small, but there are spots available inside and outside. Limited pastries selection, and the pastries and coffee are on the expensive side as a high-end shop, but the atmosphere makes it worth a visit.Service has been OK but nothing special, and more food availability would be welcome. They also charge an automatic service fee, unfortunately (think it’s about 5-10%). Nice parking lot that always has parking“
“The first time I tried this place was maybe two years ago and I've been twice within the past two weeks and I plan on becoming a regular! Yes, it's that good! Here's what I have tried:**Breakfast Sandwich: You can get this with either bacon, pork sausage, or turkey sausage so I went with pork sausage. They also offer three types of bread so I went with wheat. You can either have it as is or toasted so I got it toasted. Everything was delicious and it was packed with toppings. Delicious! (5/5)**Breakfast Burrito: You can get this with either bacon, pork sausage, or turkey sausage so I went with pork sausage. Easily one of the best breakfast burritos you'll ever have at a small mom and pop shop like this. The house-made salsa is also very delicious. (5/5)**Breakfast Panini: You can get this with either bacon or sausage so I went with sausage. It's cooked perfectly and every topping is so fresh and delicious. By far my favorite item on the menu! (5/5)**Passionfruit Jasmine & Pomegranate Green Iced Tea: The tea base is really good here. It's not too bitter and at the same time, you can taste the quality of the tea. I like my teas unsweetened and you can definitely taste the flavors. I hope to try all the flavors eventually. (5/5) **Hazelnut Latte: I got this as a hot beverage and less sweet. No complaints at all, just some good quality coffee. (5/5)I've been here four times now and everyone that works here is so friendly and has a great attitude. If you dine-in, they'll stop by often to make sure everything is good. If you're taking out, they make sure to keep you company with awesome vibes. I love love LOVE this place. It's a very clean little restaurant and the ambiance is very nice.Prices are very fair but if you have a large appetite like me, I would probably order some extra items on the side. I highly recommend this place. It won't disappoint. Enjoy!“
“Had to wait for a train that was late so instead of eating on board train did the cafe very reasonable price on food from sandwiches to hamburgers they even sell beer by the cup full very nice staffWheelchair accessibility: Had enough room for a wheelchair to serve themself getting soda or tea“
“Super cute and mini study cafe where you can charge your laptops and phones too. Allie (I hope I spelled her name right:,)) is super friendly and even helped explain what certain drinks were, like the marble series. Super close to downtown Fullerton if anyone is ever in the area and an overall great place to be for CSUF/FC students.“
“I noticed that one of my icons is for "breakfast burrito" so I thought I'd lean into it, especially since amazing breakfast burritos are found all over Southern California, where I frequently travel for work as a criminal defense lawyer.Anyway, I was at the state court in Santa Ana so i thought I'd try Pop's. It's an old timey diner set up with counter service and a few tables. They have all kinds of breakfast but I was here for the burrito, which I got with ham. This was a gringo style breakfast burrito, the best example of the genre is Ham n Scram in Westminster. It had the chopped up ham, hash browns, cheesish, eggs and a Pico de Gallo with Tapatio in a bottle. The ingredients were pretty obviously Sysco, which is fine. A little heavy on the hashbrowns, which were also a tad undercooked, but I devoured it and the five stars speaks for itself.Vegetarian options: Eggs!Dietary restrictions: Dairy, glutenParking: Street parkingKid-friendliness: Sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables in front“
“Kimmie's is an absolute ?:))The menu is so delicious and Staff so fantastic this has become our go to spot. Especially with traveling family or friends are in town.People Watching almost as terrific as the Yummy meals. Also great for handi-CAPABALE folks. Staff again shows how competent & courteous they really R!Food is so great it's hard to describe. But i always go for the stuffed almond shaved French toast.Others digg the more traditional breakfast fare. Gravy is stellar.Nice spot 2 just sit at counter w/ paper ?️ & coffee 2 start any day.Extremely child and family friendly. Pets 2?All the dishes are 4,5 or above... seriously.Great Coffee ☕ as well.Love sitting outside w/ Puppy ( very dog ? friendly). We really enjoy Kimmie's for so many reasons. Humbly suggest You discover this Old Towne Orange ? Gem ? of a Breakfast -cenfric restaurant. Enjoy all the Yummy-ness :))bSafebHappybWell ?Parking: Limited street parking in front. But side streets have many. Also behind Kimmie's is a parking ?️-ing lot.Kid-friendliness: Very family and child friendly. It's a happy place w/ yummy breakfast food!So good my nieces insist on going 2 Kimmie's when in Towne?.Staff are wonderful interacting as well.Fun dining experienceWheelchair accessibility: As double amputee Kimmie's does a great job stayN ADA Compliant and the Staff is very kind and discreet if U wanted.Navigation to restaurant is level and patio is ideal.Inside layout is straight forward and bathroom is in rear.“
“RUN, don't walk to this incredible breakfast crepe spot in the Orange Circle. I've never been to their original location but today my wife and I were walking around the circle with our son and noticed a new spot we hadn't seen before. Small patio and unassuming spot but the moment you walk in you're shocked at how nice and airy and bright the space is with a larger dining area in the back. Their coffee and food menu is large but so many amazing options from sweet to savory and also a kids menu which was a plus. My wife got a savory crepe and loved it, I got the steak breakfast sandwich which was incredible and my son had a crepe quesadilla which I realize is even better than a normal one cause the crepe is so soft he loved it. Lavender latte for the wife which she is very picky with and said it's one of the best she's ever had, delirium beer for me. All around this place is above and beyond our new favorite spot to come to with very reasonable prices and an incredible menu. If you see Sam the owner running around remind him how amazing his place is cause his hospitality was much appreciated with how busy they were. Thanks Sam and team!“
“One of the BEST boba tea in Orange County! Visited for the first time yesterday and had to come back again today. Ordered the YoYo fresh fruit tea with lemon (in lieu of orange), brown sugar boba & rainbow jelly - DELICIOUS! The place is clean with an earthy vibe - there's even a mural with Placentia landmarks. Owner, Adrianna, was super nice and friendly.“
