“I am giving my visit 5 stars only for the customer service I got from Paige. This is the first time I have gone to this KFC because it does not have a drive thru, but I thought I'd try it. Paige was the cashier. She was professional and very detailed. My food was ready so fast, I was surprised. I was impressed that my order was correct :)The food was OK - it was typical KFC food.I eat out a lot. I mean a lot :) I am very picky when it comes to my food, accuracy of my order and customer service. I am quick to write a YELP review when things don't go as I expect, but I make an effort to write a YELP when good things happen too.Great job Paige !!“

“This place is so cute! It reminds me of a hipster joint you would find in LA or Tokyo. They play funky music and offer happy hour everyday 8pm to close and you get $2 off munchies (their version of appetizers or small plates) and $1 off drinks. The food can be pretty spicy. For example, the drunken noodles were like a 7/10 on spice level. The boat noodle soup was loaded with robust flavor. The fried chicken wings appetizer was moist with a sweet and tangy sauce. They offer a variety of drinks from Thai tea to fresh coconut as well as unique desserts! I've been to Thailand and some of the best Thai restaurants in LA and OC and this place ranks among them for their creativity and uniqueness. The service is good and everything came out in good time. Another plus is that they provided eco-friendly to go packaging AND their water is fresh and clean! Didn't taste like tap water! I'd come back to try their other foods but make sure that the spice is not as intense.“

“This has got to be some of the best fried chicken wings I have tried! These oven baked wings beat out some of the best fried wings I've tasted. Their flavors pack a punch in a delicious way. I really enjoyed their volcano (decently spicy), soy garlic and sweet spicy. All of the flavors were pretty fantastic. I'd skip over the fries as they have an interesting after taste. Their baguette bowl is a sweet garlic cream cheese filled bread bowl. Overall, it is a fantastic new wings spot with a lot of good options. I'd definitely come back for more.“

“Had two meals here recently: one lunch, and one late night take away (12:30am-ish). Both were well prepared, with the in person stuff being presented nicely for being basket fast food. Egg on the Ojai burger was perfectly cooked and the patty well seasoned. Spicy Miso fries were wicked tasty and huge portion. Katsu Sando takeaway was super crispy which is a must, along with the cut of chicken being substantial. I’ll be going back.“

“My girlfriend and I ate here for the first time today, and we can attest and say their food is smack down great! The staff Cameron and Ian were both hospitable and generous. Despite being busy, Cameron went out of his way to describe the different options and alterations they provided at Crimson Coward. “These guys have dialed it in! In response to a message I recieved after my prior review I requested no seasoning and well done for my fries and wow, what an improvement! The chicken crimsons were amazing as always. 10/10 This time we tried the onion. It was kind of like an awesome blossum from outback. 9 bucks and lots of delicious crispy savory onion for the price. This place is very nice inside, I carried good out this time but, used their restroom on this visit. It is very clean and well maintained. “I come to Anaheim every once in a while, but every time I come I need to go to Byrd's Hot Chicken. This place has made me realize that maybe my spice tolerance isn't as good as I thought it was. That being said, the chicken is so good no matter the spice level. This is the place for anyone whether you want some delicious chicken or you want to test your spice tolerance. Byrd is always friendly and he takes all the orders. He encourages you to up your spice, but he also looks out for your well being. Overall this is one of the best chicken places I've ever been to, an easy 5 stars.“

“I'd never dine in at this restaurant before but it did help me pinpoint the location of Chapman university when I first started driving around the area. Hopefully one day I'll dine here, perhaps take my friends and family, and make it wonderful. Also as someone that loves both waffles and chicken and other kinds of well-made food. “I'm not a Korean chicken connoisseur, so I didnt know what to expect. Safe to say, I'm now a fan. Perfect crisp on the chicken and once you start munching, you can't stop. Service was great. They don't close the lids on to go orders when you pickup, as to keep them from not steaming in the carton and they remain CRUNCHY. Highly recommend. The only reason they don't have a line out the door is most likely the location. I invite all to pay a visit and support local eateries like this one.“

“Was heading to The Habit Burger for dinner when stumbled across this place and decided to try it out. We ordered the tikkudak garlic soy tenders, Cole slaw and corn cheese. Everything was so good. The wings still maintained some crisp despite the sauce, and the sauce wasn't too overpowering. The Cole slaw was one of the best I've ever had. Corn cheese had maybe onion or some sort of spice cooked along with it that gave it a unique flavor and some dimension. Will be coming back!“

“The sausage Egg and Cheese with the country side sausage gravy was a combo! I was left scraping the gravy and yoke off my paper. My wife had the country fried chicken and she said it was some of the best fried chicken shes had. It was our first time so the staff was super understanding when we looked over the menu. As we were eating my wife pointed​ out the the lights where shaped as eggs throughout the entire restaurant there were many different hidden Ester eggs creating a wonderful seating area.“

“Very much a bustling, neighborhood eatery. The chicken is unique in that it is has more of a crust & the flavor has a slight kick. Very tasty! I got a couple pieces that were charred, which I enjoyed but I realize is not for everyone. The chicken was still juicy on the inside. Potato salad & beans were also good. The greens, however, were very bland which could be doctored up at home.My only complaint was how soggy the chicken got the next day. I’m not sure if it was just the batch I had but I was very disappointed with the experience the following day. So I recommend eating it fresh & they are sure to serve it piping hot!Oh, the pecan pie was delicious too!PS. It is quite expensive but if you’re in the mood for good chicken it is worth the splurge.“

“We stopped in to Monster Hot Chicken on a Friday evening and it was empty aside from one guy. The place is small and has room for about 8-10 guests to eat. The menu is pretty straightforward without a lot of options to clutter things. You can basically order a 2 piece chicken tender combo, 2 piece tender sandwich or a 1 piece tender combo 1 piece tender sandwich... there's some salad options and noodles as well. We got the 2 piece tender combo and the 2 piece tender sandwich with the spice level of Hot. My husband said he would have gone up to a higher spice level and I enjoyed the hot but would probably go down a level next time as my stomach hurt a bit the next day. We initially wanted to order the family meal but you're only allowed to choose one flavor for the entire family... some of us like it super spicy and some don't so we ended up having to order two original chicken tenders on the side so our son could eat as well. Really wish you could have multiple flavors in that, which is really why I'm deducting a star. It also took a bit of time for the chicken to be prepared, but the flavor and juiciness makes up for that. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist inside so it was a good combo. I did really enjoy this place, but just not the stomachache the next day so if/when I return, I'll probably go down to the mild. The workers (who I assume were also the owners) were very nice and gracious as well!“

“BBQ Chicken in Rowland Heights is the best Korean fried chicken spot of all the franchises in the area! Their wings are so big, so juicy, and always served fresh out of the kitchen! I tried out this other chicken spot off Instagram that left me disappointed so I had to come here to properly fix my cravings. The cheesling fries are to die for! I also like how bb.q chicken has interesting flavors that other places don't offer such as their Gangnam style, Galbi, or secret sauce. Yes, their prices are a little higher than competitors but it's well worth it in my opinion. Come to bb.q Chicken Rowland Heights if you love chicken!20/25“

“This is a family favorite now. The chicken is always hot, well seasoned/sauced, and the fries are bomb. You need to try the spicy galbi chicken and the mala chicken. Or if you don't want heat, their classic chicken is so crisp and moist - an excellent product. And don't skip the sides. The fries have such good crisp and texture, the tteokbeoki is so chewy.We usually do take out, order it online, and the time estimates are always spot on so we have never had a problem with cold food or things sitting too long. Highly recommend this place.“

“Was in the area and saw this place had great reviews and Hainan Chicken Rice! The Hainan Chicken Rice was pretty good, it comes with a cup of chicken soup and a green onion sauce. They give a LOT of chicken but the rice portion is a bit smaller. The chicken can be all breast meat, all dark meat, or a mix of both. The staff were quick and efficient and seem to speak Mandarin only.“

“Legends hot chicken is the best hot chicken I've had. I've been eating here for years now the thighs are mind blowing. So flavourful and moist just a straight mouthwatering experience. I recommend getting medium or lower I got the second spiciest flavor once and it was tear wrenching. Either way if the food is to spicy they have phenomenal shaved ice. It melts in your mouth immediately and has great flavor.“

Basically, dry chicken tendies are terrible always and moist chicken tendies are usually great. The fries (crinkle cut) were just OK. They give you one small container of sauce which seems a tad parsimonious for a non chain fast food place. They have a wall of taps but the soda selection was weak. I appreciated that the cashier I talked to kindly and clearly repeated my order. I ordered the half-and-half meal: boneless kang jung and fried chicken with sweet & spicy sauce on the side. I also bought a side of coleslaw. The boneless kang jung had a deliciously sweet, savory, and spicy flavor with a few bits of chewy tteokbokki. I enjoyed how each piece took multiple bites to finish. My family also really liked the original Furai chicken. The seasoning and spices blended well to make the chicken a high-quality meal. Furai serves about 16 types of flavors, so next time, I'd order ones that taste more different for a half-and-half meal.Each box also came with a few potato wedges, but I found them not crispy enough for my liking. The kang jung box had jalapeños and pickled radish. The coleslaw side's small portion size, however, made buying it next time not worth it. My family agreed that it also tasted too salty. Complementing the order with baked french fries and rice made the meal feel complete. We didn't have any leftovers this time, but I felt really full. I don't have many comments about the ambience, but when I picked up my food, it looked cozy and clean without any customers. It even had an indoor air purifier, which I rarely see in restaurants. If they had one back home I'd be here every week. Please open a location in Honolulu. I got the two piece chicken meal with a breast and wing. It comes with two sides and warm tortillas. I chose corn and mashed potatoes with gravy for my sides. The cashier asked if I wanted corn or flour tortillas. I asked her if they had anything crunchy as I don't like soft tortillas. She said that she could give me tortilla chips instead and asked if I wanted salsa. I got the house mild salsa. The grilled chicken was tender and moist. It's made with fresh chicken that has never been frozen. The marinade they use for the chicken is fantastic, you can just taste that hint of lime. They baste the chicken as it's being grilled. The sides were terrific as well. The corn was seasoned and had a natural sweetness to it. The mashed potatoes were creamy and was good with the savory gravy. The tortilla chips were nice and crispy. I could tell that they were fresh. The house salsa mild had a serious kick. They call it mild, but to me it was spicy. I was reaching for the water after each bite. The cashier and the people working in the kitchen were really friendly. They even wanted to pose in my pics, lol. I cracked some jokes with them. I usually don't give five stars to fast food places, but this place was so good. I don't know how many different ways I can tell you. PLEASE OPEN A LOCATION IN HONOLULU.“

Meanwhile there's a lovely Clyde's Hot Chicken cart just waiting to serve you fried chicken by the side of the walk. “I stopped by looking for lunch on Thursday. This location is inside the World Market Korean supermarket on the right hand side. The location is really great for because it's close to the freeway. I ordered the 10 piece soy garlic wings. The total came out to about $20. Price is a little steep for wings. Surprisingly, the order came with about 5 potato swirls (imagine well done steak fries). The food overall was pretty good. Wings are made to order. The wait was about 15 to 20 minutes in the afternoon. I requested the sauce be tossed with the wings. This made the sauce slide off the wings and all over the bottom of the foil, so I recommend asking for it on the side. Overall, it was pretty good! Just a little steep in price. We would get again!“
