the drive through is verrrryyyy slow. no one came to the window to help for 5+ minutes, and the total drive through experience took 25 minutes! I would have just left, but I was stuck with cars on both sides.

I have been going to this location for ten years and they used to be the best Del Taco around. In the last six months the service and food have gone downhill. Whenever dining-in the staff is very unattentive and it takes forever to get anyones attention, order and get your food. Multiple times lately we have had food that was seriously lacking quantity. Bean and cheese burritos with a half teaspoon of cheese, tacos with just a couple of shreds of lettuce and a bit of cheese. Hardly any chili on chili cheese fries when I paid for extra. Chicken quesadilla with just a couple of chunks of chicken, etc etc.

Kinda pricey these days for what it is. The $1 menu items doubled to $2 each. Items like plain tostada.. I asked for a side of enchilada sauce for it & I was told theres now an additional charge! Anyway I passed & the tostadas were dry.
Ordered the 'Grilled Chicken' loaded nachos. I don't think you can call what was on top of the nachos chicken. It looks like it's been accumulating freezer burn for five years tasted like it, too. Couldn't eat more than a few bites (Thought at first they accidentally put taco meat on it, then realized it was very scary-looking chicken). Was nauseous thinking about that and what else might be happening with the food safety & handling. This cannot be safe to eat. They really need a food and restaurant inspection ASAP.

They got my order completely wrong! When I called to let management know they hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone so I have to go over there again.. when I talked to the manager she made me a new order but I still was missing a burrito! .. I won't be coming back.
