A $22 minimum wage for fast food employees and yet they STILL can't get a simple order right or hire anyone who speaks English at a basic level. I ask for a lime coke, I get a red Bull fusion drink at almost 3x the price. You want a 3rd sweet and sour for those egg rolls? Enjoy 3 buttermilk ranches. I ordered multiple items in two different occasions and didn’t receive items on both of my orders on different days. I attempted to reach out to Jack in the Box via email and received no compensation for my lost product. The food I received was also lukewarm and barely edible. I have not had this experience at other locations. Avoid this location if you can.

Absolutely garbage and useless little kid employees. Locking the doors before 8pm. I walked from my apartment and they tell me to go to the drive-thru. I could train a monkey to do what these kids are supposed to be doing and the monkey would do it for free. Too bad there isn't someone supervising these entitled, snobby children. And they want to make over $20/hour lol

Just got Jack In the Box in KY for the first time, and the lines are long from high interest. So we flew here to LA for vacation and the demand is... a bit lower Unlike in KY, Cali offers boba tea drinks and chicken teriyaki bowl. Both are great, esp the boba. I date a Filipino and we try legit good boba on our travels. I had very low expectations, and it exceeded them. Super sweet but full flavor!My favorite aspect of Jack In the Box is everything is fresh out of the fryer. The tiny tacos and stuffed jalapeños are my faves, good crunch and flavor. Like this place for what it is - grubby oily fast food with variety!

I love that the food comes out hot off the fryer. My facility is the mini tacos, stuffed jalapeños and boba. This satisfied my late travel hunger. The service was fast and polite. I love this place! I wish to try the teriyaki bowl next time

The fries here are always old and tonite dude asked if i wanted hot sauce and 2 seconds latwr hands me my bag with no hot sauce in it. Kinda typical with commercial fast food places.

Grew up eating food here, no, I have been Jack for Halloween. With that said I have come here for dinner not once not twice not thrice but BEYOND that where the restaurant is closed at 8:30-9 even though allegedly hours go till 10 pm. Two of the times this has happened where I have made an order and paid on the app to show up to a drive through blocked by cones and locked doors. Once at 8:30 and another time shortly after 9. Why is this place able to accept my order tell my I will have my foood waste my money waste my gas just to be disappointed time and time again... I hope this place can figure their issues out! Definitely NOT BRAND STANDARD

Recently (Nov 2023) while my husband was eating a hamburger at the Jack in the Box store located at 2097 E Orangethorpe Ave, Placentia, CA 92870, he chewed on a foreign object and damaged his lower left molar, leaving him unable to chew food. What made him feel even worse was the attitude of the male employee who didn't believe him the whole time, laughed at him and demanded to see the proof. He was unable to show the foreign object because it damaged and chipped his tooth. My husband has to go to the dentist because his teeth are so bad, and I don't think we'll be going to Jack in the Box in the future, it's so disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Broken teeth
I love jack in the box and I mean I love but the dinning area was filthy with crums and cups everywhere.

I am so blown away how I can drop $60.00 for dinner for my family. We get home and we are missing a chicken ranch bacon sandwich. I called to ask if I could please cone and get it. Even though we live like 15 mins away. Never awnsered, so I ate half of my wife's chicken sandwich and it was hard and cold. Have my respect for the customers you serve. Quit passing off subpar food and service. Have accountability for you errors that's all it is until you choose not to deal with it. Don't eat here for a while see if they can improve their appreciation for there customers.

I came in this morning Monday, October 2 around 9:20 AM. The drive-through line had about three cars in front of me which isn't bad, but it took like 20 minutes just for me to order. Then the woman at the drive thru wasn't the friendliest. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She had a bad attitude. And she had absolutely no knowledge of the menu, which I thought ok maybe she's new, but when I would ask her questions and she didn't know the answer to them, she would reply in a very rude way, and then when I asked her for condiments again she looked at me very rude with an attitude, she seems like she's very annoyed and mad. Not a good look for you business. I'd rather drive further to the next Jack-in-the-Box than ever go there again, and feel so uncomfortable and disrespected.

Check your orders!!! I like this place but they keep forgetting either items or special instructions. This is not the first time but it’s the first time I actually said something, there is a limit! Check your orders before you drive away… & then Denise ask to see the tacos like if I was lying, you think I’m going to drive back for 4 tacos (I brought them back so they can see them)
