My bad ..... Couple of day ago I posted not getting what I ordered, in actuality... I ordered the wrong sandwich # an got exactly what I ordered. Didn't know there was a meatless option! In any case, thanks for the clarification. I'll be back soon!

In general love their subs. This location is more focused on mobile orders than customers that walk in. There were 3 employees taking care of mobile orders. I was the only person in line for a sandwich and it took 25 minutes to get it. So the sandwich was good and done right, and the service needs a lot of work. I come here often and I have found this to consistently be my experience.

The staff is superb! They were very patient w/ me being my first time ordering from JMS. I love the ham & tuna subs I ordered, plus they cut the meat right in front of me. Loved that a lot. Everything was very fresh. I recommend this one in the Rose shopping center near Ralph's. Bread was fresh, even the next morning after & sub still tasted as if I had just bought it. Don't forget to give them a tip, they work hard to give you a delicious sub.Parking: There's a whole big shopping plaza parking lot, even around the buildings.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, although it's a small shop. There's a karate or jajitsu next door.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this shopping plaza does have wheelchair accessibility throughout.

Was so pleasantly surprised to find such a great spot. The meats were cut in front of me, freshest bread ever (roll) all the works they offer as part of their sub’s was great too. The 3 clean cut handsome young men were awesome… kind, helpful, patient and professional. I will be back for sure.

Poor customer service! I stopped by after my workout, even though the place was empty, no one paid me any attention while I waited ....3 young people were behind the counter, cutting meats??? After waiting 5 minutes, I just left. I don't need to spend my hard earned dollars at a place, where they don't appreciate any business! Whoever owns this location need to educate their workers! I'll never return here. I wish I could give negative stars.
I always order online from this location and normally love the # 7- turkey and provolone. I don't know if they were busy tonight because of Halloween, but the ratio of bread to turkey in my sandwich was unacceptable. If this is how it's going to be going forward, and they're trying to cut costs by reducing protein quantity, I will no longer order from this location.

I love this location! The employees are always so kind, efficient and competent. They're attentive to detail and I haven't had any issues with any of my orders. The dining area is always clean and presentable. I often order the #7, turkey and cheese and love it each and every time. The bread is always fresh, the veggies are always fresh and I feel like it's a delicious sandwich for the price.

Went In Thursday evening after work with a big appetite. Got in line and started looking at the production board and had to leave. The meat slicer was filthy with piled up meat residue. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The floors had napkins all over. Attention to cleanliness just didn't happen. Hopefully this was just a one off. I've heard good things about the chain in general.
