This was my first order I made with Porky's Pizza on Friday October 13 2023. Ben greeted me and helped me out right away. I must say, from the girl that took my phone order to Ben when I showed up, the Customer Service is top notch over the top and the pizza hot and great tasting. Just an awesome crew as customer service is non existent at many places but they go out of their way at Porky's Pizza to make sure you are taken care of and leave happy so you will come back again and tell others and that I will do.. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with sausage, green peppers, onions and mushroom. Received what appeared to be a medium size pizza with no sausage and hardly any pepperoni. Instead the pizza was saturated with onions and veggies. Might as well have been a veggie pizza. Had a Porkys Pizza the week before and it was good. This time they missed the mark.

Love eating porky’s and willing to travel to pick up. Ordering online is easy and if you sign up to receive coupons/specials via text you get a $10 off $30 spent. Staff is always courteous and welcoming when going into the shop.

I've been to this chain over the months, mostly they are cordial and good neighbors like. I picked up some to-go order, early in the evening, over the weekend, on another scorching, climate-changing day. I just kindly asked for a cup of ice water, but the crew member, told me with a blank face, that they don't serve ice water, in a very icy tone. I was really surprised, as this is anything but the usual good neighbor behavior. Understood, that it's been sweltering weather, and he himself was probably half-baked in the kitchen, besides the crusty pizza handed out.

Well hope I could be when the manager is at … 2 workers prep. Answering phones. Using cashier without washing hands at all.No prices on menu board made me confuse.. I ordered by phone … the guys were very very nice but need better training.
