The best Coffee Bean ever! Every time I come here, the whole staff is friendly and courteous. They always help me out with whatever I need. Every time they go above beyond Customer service! They always served the best drinks and the best chorizo burritos. Thank you so much ladies!

I ordered a coffee and a bagel and was not offered a receipt but I didn't think anything of it. I waited about 5 minutes after I received my coffee at the drive thru window for my bagel, and when I got to work and looked at my bagel, it was burnt.

Love the convenience of the drive-thru, but they do not answer their phone whenever I need to call to check whether they have the cookie butter powder that I keep at home since I brew my own cold brew!

$6 for a terrible microwave breakfast sandwich. Talk about robbery! Outrageous prices for microwaved food. Service is always bad. Save your money and avoid this place!

If I could give a lower star I would. The employee that made my drink was awesome. But the guy who took my order charged me for water. He justified it by saying he is charging for the "cup". It is a hot day out, I'm a paying customer. Shame on charging me for water. This is just sad. No basic humanity. Never have I ever been charged for water. Anywhere. It's not bottled water. It wasn't just me asking for water. I bought my regular drink.

We have been going here for a few years, and I have not had any complaints. Service was great and food was good as well. Today, April 11th 2024 around 11am. my wife and I came in with our dog. Mind you we have seen many dogs coming in while the customer was ordering and waiting for their food/drink. We were not politely asked to have us wait outside with our dog. Second when the guy called my name and handed me the drink he gives me the drink but turns his head and lets it go not even know if I had the drink in my hand almost dropping it. Third the woman who told us to keep the dog outside gives us our second drink and I do say thank you right to her face and I am met with silence. If it was just one thing that happened I would be inclined to let it be. But I haven't had this kind of service here ever. The one that gave us GREAT customer service was the cashier but I didn't get her name, she was kind and just nice to us.

Kat is beyond! I went to another Coffee Bean in the area to purchase my drinks and they messed up the first time so I went back later in the day when I got off work to have them remade and they messed them up again so I walked in the building and asked them personally to remake them one last time while I watched them , and again they messed them up. So I contacted this location and Kat, the store manager answered the phone and said it would be no problem for me to come on through. Great service great team. Thank you guys!

I stop at this Coffe Bean and Tea Leaf every now and again on my way to work. I have no complaints about it as the location is super convenient for me. This morning I hit the drive thru for an Americano. I'm normally a boring dark roast drinker and felt like changing it up. Anyway, it was perfection. The BEST Americano I've had at any coffee shop. I guess this will be on my regular rotation now! Anyway, just wanted to give them a little shout out for putting out a great product. Thank you!

2/7/2024I come here semi-regularly. Tonight about 5pm a group of 6 adults came and were gathered at one table. They were talking incredibly obnoxiously loud with zero respect for the many other people there. It was so extreme that they needed to be warned and then kicked out if they did not quiet down.It is not too easy for the employees to hear such groups due to the distance from the order counter as well as the dividing wall between the two sides. An employee needs to regularly cycle through the side where customers sit so they can give proper warning to those who are being so discourteous to other customers there who have an equal right to work in nondisruptive setting.This group's excessive volume had me leaving with a throbbing headache. I will be finding a different place to do my work and get something to eat or drink.

Favorite location I live in Downey and in Downey there's two locations, they can NEVER get my order correct. My order is: large iced hazelnut latte with dom scoop. One location tells me they've never heard of dom scoop/ second time they tell me they were charge me. The other location gives me a dom lid... however this location the entire team is always full of energy and always so sweet I enjoy this location so much. My order is always right ! I come to this location for the consistency as well as service. I work near by so the convince is good! I will even come on my days off because that's how amazing this team is. Thank you placentia !
