My kid did not like how the pizza looked, nor did I. We sent it back and still got charged for it. The wings got cooked with the skin on and the suicide Buffalo wings were not spicy.

I was in the area and decided to pick up a pizza before heading over to a friends house. I picked this place based on the reviews, but personally I was disappointed. The pizza is fairly good but the service is horrible. These people can’t get anything right. This is the second time in a month or 2 that they have completely messed up my order. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza. I got a large pepperoni, sausage and black olive pizza. I called back and the girl said that she would issue me a refund. She never did! I called back to see why not and the other lady said it’s because I left the store with the pizza and went home. I should have checked it at the store, that’s my mistake but it their mistake that the cook can’t read and properly make the correct order.

Tonight was the first time I ordered from here and it will be the last. I went and picked up my pizza and it was wrong. I turned around and went back. When I let them know the pizza was wrong I was asked if I wanted a new pizza or a refund. I asked how long it would take for a new pizza. I was told 15 minutes. I agreed to a new pizza. The person behind me then asked how much for the pizza I brought back in. The server told her $5. The person bought the pizza for $5. I couldn't believe it! I paid full price $31 for a pizza & one order of garlic knots. So not only was my order wrong but then I had to wait 15 minutes & pay full price! I don't think so. I cancelled my order and got a refund. That is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if the cashier thought I didn't know they sold the pizza for $5 since they were speaking in Spanish. Surprise--I speak Spanish. Really unfair. At least an apology would have been nice. No such luck.

My client ordered from here yesterday. We all got sick after eating the food. My son and my client got it the worst. My client is bed ridden and my son had to call out of work because he is that sick. My client spent almost $80.00 on a bunch of food or salmanila poisoning. I hope they make this better.Update...They made it good. I will definitely give them another try. Mistakes happen even at the finest restaurant's. Thank you for being so kind.UpdateI guess I was wrong about them. They did not keep there word. Will not be going back there again and will be sending them the bill for two people having to go to the doctor.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ate food from here yesterday, and woke up puking. Ive thrown up 5 times in 2 hours, have the worst case of diarrhea I've ever had in my life... My stomach is cramping in ways I've never felt, I haven't been able to sleep and I'm likely going to have to miss work because of this. I will NEVER eat here again.

So I have been eating here for well over 20 years. Love the wings, pepperoni burrito and the pizza. The food is still good. However over the last year or so the service has declined drastically. Seems they are only hiring servers who don't seem to know what they are doing. Orders incorrect, not checking on tables regularly, bringing the wrong items to the wrong tables and more....sad to see they need better servers and more training.
