Food is good but man I spend 26 bucks and only get two waba sauce for a chicken plate. To whoever the owner is stop being so tight and cheap and give your customers more sauces!!!

The portions are very small. The chicken is pretty good but the beef is really soft and it’s really salty. They don’t offer jelopenos and carrots anymore. It’s too expensive for what you get. Used to be a great location years ago.

The worst Waba grill I've ever been to, I hope people read this so they don't have to go through what I went through. The manager laughed at me when I went back to ask for a refund because my chicken was undercooked and pink. Not to mention every worker there, including management is a complete A hole that doesn't know how to treat others with respect. I would spit on every person there if I could.

Great service every time I go. Very clean and Carlos sure makes my Shrimp freshly made exactly how I love it. Restroom is always very clean the team is always working with eachother making sure orders are correct. Keep up the good work!

The quality has really diminished here. More rice, less veggies, and less meat. Nice and friendly help. Floors, tables, and windows were all grungy.

If I could give this a 0 for atmosphere I would! I came into this place the other night not having been there for months and the place smells like sewage! I distinctly remember that from the last time I went in there and it's so strong and disgusting smelling it makes you not even want to eat there. Needless to say that's the last time I'm going to order from that place. I'm not sure why they can't fix that odor problem.

Foods good but they only give you 2 packets of hot sauce. Flame Broiler doesn't charge extra for theirs. I'll be taking my business to flame broiler

When I went in the store, it smelled really foul. Is it like strong creature something that smells really stinky I don't know what it is. Since the store is closest to my location, I went and tried to salmon bowl. The salmon was very fishy tasting is very thin, and the brown rice was not filled all the way up to the bowl. They were very stingy with the rice. Other locations have a tray with the chopped green onions and utensils so you can put the onions in your bowl but this please put the green onions in the little Ziploc bag, and they want that much green onions in there anyways the best location for Waba grill is actually on McFadden Street in Santa Ana, they have the utensils out napkins, as well as chopped carrots, green onions, and jalapeños. On top of that you can order online on their website, and I have no trouble ordering online. When I went to other places to order other types of food I had trouble ordering with a credit card. This place in Santa Ana is the bomb. do not go to the one in Placentia. By the way, I noticed that they also gave other customers very little rice and meat since I had a good impression of the location in Santa Ana. I thought I would give this one a try, but after today never again.

I get my 3 orders today 8/31/23 with black long hair in one chicken bowl, food coming cold, not extra Waba sauce even it was requested!! Horrible!! I want all my money back!!!
This Waba is the cleanest one I've ever been w Fantastic service. The beverage refrigerator was also full. Great job crew

If you order online, it's more expensive to the tune of $3 more PER PLATE. So we made sure to come in person, ordered a chicken bowl, "Do you want a drink?" "Yes." Sat down, and saw on the window a big poster for chicken bowl and a drink meal for $9.99. We were charged over $11. We brought the receipt back like why did you charge us extra? They said because you have to say you want "THE CHICKEN BOWL MEAL." Those exact words. Because, and I quote, "We don't want to lose money." Never coming back. Too much fire in my heart when I'm here.
