Stopped here to eat. Got a burrito with steak and it didn't disappoint. They gave me the fresh stuff which added to my service rating for sure. Everything tastes great and I had a pleasant and above average chipotle experience. Will stop by again if I'm ever in the area.

Recently the food has made me extremely sick past two visits.Not sure if it is how it's cooked or something else.Taste the same as alwaysI tend to go after work 8pm-9pm roughly, they train during this shift, the new hire actually dropped my tortilla twice on the floor and had to start over kinda funny.I'll avoid eating at this location again for awhile.

Terrible customer service!!! Went shortly after they opened and there was no cheese! Hard to make a quesadilla with no cheese. No apology! Said it would be an hour before cheese was ready! Everyone looks like they hate their job.

Worst service I ever received here! I work in the service industry and frequent flyer his location often but have to say I'm shocked by tonight's visit. Walked in a little before 9 and the girl making the food not even a hello just immediately asked what I wanted, it caught me off guard how unfriendly she was and the look of disgust she had towards me. I went to order my food and then noticed that they were out of most things. Instead of offering to make more she made it very clear she wasn't going to have anything refilled even though there was two other groups behind me. She proceeded to fill my bowl and burrito with the smallest amounts and scrapping for scraps at the bottom of the containers, I actually had to ask her for more rice and beans. Being in the industry I completely understand wanting to go home early but when the business isn't suppose to close for another hour you think they would maintain more food and not act like im an inconvenience for showing up during their open business hours. Really ruined my evening to have someone treat me so poorly for absolutely no reason. The young lady needs an attitude check or shouldn't be the face of the establishment.

I visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill location on Thursday, 11/30/23, as soon as it opened at 10:45 am. I came here to pick up a catering order for a business meeting. The staff members were nice and welcoming as soon as I walked inside. The cold food (i.e. salsas, sour cream, shredded cheese) was already prepared. However, I had to wait momentarily for the hot food (i.e. beans, rice, fajitas, cooked meat). I waited a total of 30 minutes to receive everything from my order. Everyone at the business meeting enjoyed the delicious lunch. Thanks, Chipotle!

Got takeout here about 5pm on Sunday. Terribly, terribly dirty. I was shocked. Dinning room trash was overflowing, floor and tables were smeared with food. The floors were covered with food that many had walked on. The tables and counters were disgustingly dirty. Two staff at the counter were moving terribly slow preparing the food. I won't go back.

We go there maybe once a month to the placerville location. The food is usually good but the service time after time is terrible. They don’t greet you, don’t thank you, don’t smile and they all look miserable. Almost every single one. I don’t know why they look so miserable, including management and someone needs to give them a crash course on customer service.

Ordered online. Picked it up on time, one of the stars. The bowls were good, the second star.However two of the three bowls had absolutely no meat. Not sure how they forgot to add meat to the bowl. We paid for three burrito bowls with meat and got two bowls with meat.

Used to be a great stop, but the last 2 times we visited, the portions (bowls) were somewhere between 30 and 40% smaller than before. The server literally divided one half filled ladle of chicken between our 2 bowls. Every other serving was similarly scant. We should have said something, but the line was really long and the folks behind us antsy. My wife's guess is that inflation (high cost of ingrediants) played a role, but I gotta believe it was just this one franchise. No way the chain stays afloat if this is the new norm. We'll avoid the Placerville restaurant and head to Folsom next time we get to jonesing for Chipotle.
