Drove all the way to placerville from Cameron park for a coffee just to get a cup of ice and two sips on coffee. And they didn’t make the coffee right. Such a disappointment.

Line is the same for every Dutch bros I’ve been to but this location just sucks. It’s SO SLOW. The person taking orders outside (if there’s one at all) doesn’t take orders down the line. They’ll literally take your order when you’re like 3 cars from the window or at the window already. Super inefficient. Probably faster to go to Starbucks down the street from now on

Some of the girls here are rude and misdid out orders, boys were nicer. All around though need more positivity, some people seem annoyed.

I used to LOVE Dutch bros! But ever since their blended beverages started coming out of the machine instead of a blender, I feel I’m spending $8 on a $1 gas station icee… quality has gone down significantly just to save 30 seconds? I’ve never owned a business, but doesn’t sound like a good investment to me.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu.

My son loves coming here, we stop in every so often and the girls who are out taking orders are very friendly and nice, but it’s a different story when you get to the window, they don’t look very happy , not very talkative and maybe stressed I’m not sure. I know I love stopping at the Auburn-Folsom in Granite Bay because they are all great and their attitudes are awesome and I leave with a smile, also they serve you quickly, as this new one is not so fast. Maybe having the Granite Bay staff come help and show this staff how it could be would help ??♀️

Been here about four times now. I've never had a good coffee from here. I love Dutch Bros, but this Dutch is not it. you're better off driving to the nearest Dutch or just going to Starbucks at that point if you are into coffee. dodge the bullet. plus they are rude

This branch has by far the longest wait. It makes it worse when the employees taking orders outside don’t care about other cars cutting the line. Make sure if you’re planning on stopping by you have 20 minutes to spare.

It pains me to write an unfavorable review since I love Dutch bros and seeing as the closest Dutch bros is Folsom I was so excited to have our own in Placerville!! The three times I've come through however since opening I've assumed they are working out kinks as they are newish but waiting for coffee on average 20-30 minutes is not a recipe for success. Starbucks is a block away and is tempting when waiting in line for an excessive time at Dutch bros. Always staff are friendly! I appreciate that!!
