We have a problem here. We stopped on Monday afternoon, July 17, and got a delicious blended mocha with peppermint. It tasted great and the barista was friendly. Unfortunately, as my husband drank it, he found pieces of what looked like shredded white plastic or paper and wires that looked like part of a staple. This was our first time here and it makes us hesitant to come again. Upon closer inspection, it looks like a twist tie got into your blender.Almost 2 weeks have passed since I posted this, and still no response from the owner.

The barista was unfriendly and seemingly either didn't care or was undertrained. We ordered 2 vanilla Lattes, the barista was very slow moving and expressionless. After waiting 15+ minutes we received our drinks. Both taste of burnt espresso and they forgot to add vanilla/sweetener. They were unpalatable. Bad coffee is sometimes forgivable but customer service that poor, is not.

I thought the shop is just adorable and I love my ice caramel macchiato. It was a nice stop before I head over to Lake Tahoe. Mostly it works as a drive through, very tiny place so the person you order from makes your drink as well. I recommend going here.

Business description says staff wears masks and gloves. They do not. I pulled up and the worker was not wearing a mask. It's a tiny little shop, respiratory particles matter.
