Me and my boyfriend are here a lot, we love the food and the service is great. But for some reason the past few times we’ve ordered our burgers and paid extra for grilled onions, they’ve been missing in both our orders. I understand mistakes happen but it’s occurred multiple times so it’s kinda odd, and disappointing since we’ve been paying extra for nothing lol

It is a bit loud for me because I have hearing loss. The poor guy was trying to ask a question and I just could NOT hear him. With his mask I couldn't lip read. But we made it work.This location is also heavy-handed on the seasoning/salt on the meat. It's consistently way too salty for my liking.
