8/9/2023: Alright~I purchased THE SAME SMOOTHIE as Cameron Park--READ the price as per the receipt I posted! Seriously, I don't understand how the same franchise, i.e., the first Jamba location which was Cameron Park can charge more than the second location which is Placerville . . . Perplexed, indeed.Moreover, I'm becoming more reticent refraining purchasing ANYTHING at Jamba Juice due to their egregious price increase.

Today I walked in, and I was the only customer in the store. My order was taken, and the individual behind the register promptly began working on my order. Once my smoothie was placed into a blender, several new people walked in behind me. This same employee went to the register to take all of the orders of the new customers while my drink sat quiet in the blender. Another employee was washing dishes in the back. This goes on for a few minutes until the dishwashing employee begins making the new drinks that have just been ordered. My drink is still sitting in the blender. The person behind the register finishes taking all of the orders and then proceeds to get a glass of ice water for someone. Then, I believe the employee realized my drink was still waiting and took two blenders out. And I believe, mixed them up and poured one into a cup, then served it to me. I cannot have milk and I ordered a plant-based smoothie and I asked to confirm that this was in fact the smoothie I ordered And I was told yes, but I am too nervous to drink it.

The gal at the cash register was pleasant and smiled! Always a bonus! The floor was dirty (trash). Only one gal was making shakes. I wish they had more options with vanilla yogurt and without orange juice! But probably healthier this way! Lol

I came in to this location all the time, and it's usually ok, but this time not. The shift lead with glasses did not even say hi or anything to me. She was at the front and I had to wait while she finished talking to her co worker. The girl who was making drinks had to tell me she will be right with me. Even tho there was someone to help me. Maybe the shift lead needs to have a class on customer service. Because if you don't have customer's, YOU DON'T HAVE A JOB!!

Tried calling multiple times but no answer. It’s frustrating because I wanted the staff to know I was on way to pick up my order but it would be very close to closing. No answer though. If you have a phone and you are not closed, try picking up the phone.
