My guy and I went to McDonalds at Golden Center and were so excited to get a shamrock Oreo McFlurry and this is what we got. I asked why we didn’t get ice cream to the rim and the Manager (Alma Lopez) said that’s the way they serve it. They smirked at me and the cashier that was helping me said have a good day as she turned away. Poor customer service. They are so rude.

I ordered a fish sandwich which I use to love. It is now VERY small and very dry. They raised the price then shrunk the product at least 25 percent. One or the other people! Don't put out a subpar tasting product for more money then shrink it also....that is 2 price increases we are not stupid out here!
