I went here for my niece's 4th birthday. Fun was had by all. Attentive staff with positive attitudes. Spills were cleaned up promptly (4 year olds), and the small game area was perfect for the kids. The birthday girl didn't want to leave.
Went for pizza and Karaoke on a Saturday night. Great family atmosphere...all ages had a blast from Grandma to little kids. Great service. Salads on the menu AND salad bar; I had a delicious Greek salad. Pizza was good with generous toppings. The bar-b-que chicken was a favorite at our table.

I have never eaten such a delicious pizza.The dough is thin, evenly baked with a crispy crust. I know people who do not eat "bortyki", but here they are so tender and crispy that not eating such a delicacy is a sin.Our family now has a favorite pizzeria in Placerville.There are two pieces left from the large family pizza, but we are taking them home, it is very tasty!

My kids call this place the "best pizza in the world" place. The flavor is on point. They are generous with their toppings. The crust is exceptional. The customer service is always friendly. They have a great section of games for kids to kill time. Bathrooms are clean. There's plenty of space for dining in. Good for large parties too. We always stop here on our way either up to Tahoe or back because of the Tesla charger. It's a perfect pit stop. One time we stopped they had karaoke night! What a fun time.

Conveniently located near a Tesla supercharger. Reached there during lunch time and ended up ordering their lunch special: 3 topping mini pizza + salad + drink. The pizzas were super tasty and very economically priced under $10. Above all, very friendly staff; which makes the experience a lot more tastier

The Pizza Factory was Awesome, we had my daughter's rehearsal lunch there. The prices were reasonable. They had a spot all set up for us. The food was ready just after we got there. The staff was patient and very accommodating. They were on it!! They helped make an emotional day better by doing everything they said they wood to make the luncheon hassle free. Great place, friendly people, and great pizza!!
