I went there after an appointment today. I got there at 5 o'clock and service was so slow. I said at the drive-through window for 10 minutes before they ever took my order and I still have not got my order. I've not made it to the front that's how slow this place is, just so unprofessional that not to even come on the speaker and say you know please can you wait a moment or something nothing you could just hear them in there talking and not even trying to clear the lines people were parked out in the street

Went for a quick dinner it was very good something
After 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances - today was it for me. Stuck at home and cannot drive, so I Doordashed a Breakfast Bacon Crunchwrap for me and 2 crunchy tacos for my daughter. The tacos were there, but instead of the crunchwrap I got some soggy mess which I assume is supposed to be the Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries. This location needs to get their shit together. Items are always missing, or wrong. Wait times are ridiculously long. I'll go to Cameron Park for my Taco Bell from now on.

2 weeks in a row I was handed a clearly over carbonated beverage with little to no syrup. Anyone working at Taco Bell for more than 5 minutes knows Baja Blast is bright green, not clear. It's scummy to try to pass these off to people in the drive thru who have no way to correct the issue once they leave the window.

If the bathrooms are always that disgusting and never cleaned, I wonder what the kitchen looks like...I was in town a few days and stopped in 3 times to eat and every time the bathrooms were the same and absolutely disgusting. If that's where employees wash their hands, the health department needs called. I ended up walking out the last time and not even ordering. It was over 24 hours and the bathrooms were the same mess.

the service at this location is slow..the drive through line always extends into the parking lot..blocking entry to other nearby business’..definitely an eat in car location..expect to wait for that thin beefy frito burrito..

If something is wrong with your food, they will not refund you!I just want the world to know that Tracy Voong (area manager) sells garbage food out of her restaurants and refuses to refund you.If you ever have a problem here, you will have to contact corporate directly to twist their arm into refunding you.
