The standard of the food here is usually very high. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with a breakfast sandwich (egg and Italian sausage). The sausages were overcooked and burnt, resulting in burnt pieces throughout the eggs. The eggs and sausage were cooked into small pieces, making the sandwich difficult to eat. The burnt eggs, sausage, and onions were difficult to contain within the bread. This was a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I did not notice the poor quality of the product until I had arrived at work, otherwise I would have requested a refund or a replacement. It is regrettable that such a well-established establishment provided such a substandard product.

Ordered twice previously and today a girl informed me the won’t deliver because I’m 4 miles away and the limit 3.5. Offered to pay more but still refused my business and rudely hung up on me. Please change this silly policy and I’ll adjust my review. Otherwise I’ll be ordering from your competitors since “Hank’s won’t go the extra mile to serve their customers.”

Hole in the wall spot meaning small joint, reasonably priced and killer food. Best pizza I've had in as long as I can remember. Neighborhood feel and vibe on both sides of the counter. If you know the place, I don't need to tell you. If you haven't been, go. If you likes pizza, you'll loves Hanks.

This us a GREAT hole in the wall.I love the limited seating and general atmosphere, the staff was super friendly and chill, we grabbed drinks from the market next door and ordered a simple cheese pizza. PERFECT! Best pizza I've had in a while. We will definitely be back.
