I attempted multiple times to contact the store. Conveniently, no one ever answers. When you select any option, it rings until it goes back to the main menu. I contacted corporate customer service who said they could not get a hold of the store and I should go back to talk to the manager even though I explained I live one hour away. They are totally worthless.

This review is not about the store or the service but about the recent quality of their berries cake. We are big fans of their berries cake, and recently, purchased a 9" one for a birthday ($39) . Upon cutting it, I realized the fruit was spread thin (1 layer) and only in towards the middle of the cake. Meaning you will not have fruit within the outer 2" diameter. IMO, if they have to compromise the quality because of price of fruit during off season, raise the price of the cake, or temporarily retire until it's back in season again. Always quality over quantity. Imagine the disappointment of cutting open a cake at your birthday and the quality is not what you had in mind :(

Tried to order a Pizza and the guy making them lied to us and said that the Pizza oven was warming up and that it would be a one hour wait. 10 minutes later he pulled three pizzas out of the oven. I came over and asked him why he lied and he said " you never know" . Complained to the manager and she gave me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. I recommend for anyone having a bad pizza experience here to complain because at least you will be compensated for the inconvenience.

The Good: --This Whole Foods is soooo aesthetically pleasing you will want to wander and buy stuff you don't need. --Great Selection --Amazon Prime Discount --Doggy Waiting area The Bad: --Parking is a nightmare --Busy at checkout I'm not going to comment on the prices, if you walk into a Whole Foods you know what you are doing with your wallet but also...as someone with food sensitivities I am a very willing customer!

Clean store, always fully stocked when I go. I like the bread selection and you can get your bread sliced. Since covid, I don't buy from the self serve.

Deeply disappointed. Since my last review, I've become a regular at the Astro Pub, thanks IN FULL to Mike's ongoing professionalism and commitment to the customer experience. So much so, in fact, that I only patron the bar when Mike is working. I've even spoken to other regulars who say the same!!! It's difficult to find people who care so genuinely about their work, Mike is truly one-of-one. With that in mind - imagine my surprise when, on my latest trip in, I find out from the staff that Mike was FIRED for calling out of work to attend a family members funeral. Disgusting, corporate greed if I've ever seen it. Whole Foods needs to take a good long look at themselves. Treating hardworking people like they're disposable is... I don't even have the words. On principle alone, I won't be back. FOR MIKE.

I recently went to Sambazon acai located inside of Whole Foods at Playa Vista and was extremely, extremely disappointed with their customer service. I asked for a Berry bowl which as stated on the menu should contain the toppings: strawberries, blueberries, granola, and banana slices. I paid the full price yet got a bowl that was missing 2/4 of the ingredients (granola and blueberries). When I asked the Sambazon employee, he seemed annoyed and said that they were out of blueberries and granola. Excuse me? Shouldn't you have told me this before I paid the full price? I was not aware when I paid that I'd be missing the most crucial parts of the Berry bowl. In addition, the employee had a sheer indifferent tone and refused to apologize for his extremely poor service when I asked for a refund. Sambazon acai's customer service needs to do better at communicating to customers before they pay full price for an item that is missing 2/4 of the ingredients. What a disappointing experience!

I could spend forever in this Whole Foods. What an absolute joy. And all of the employees are so kind and helpful. I am a healthier, happier person because of this WF, I love the service, quality of food, and overall experience, and have nothing but great things to say. Thank you Whole Foods!!

Having to lower my rating over time:1) for a store chain that charges so much for its products, you'd think they could afford to get toilet paper that wasn't the cheapest, single ply, feels like it's scratching you option on the market for the bathrooms.2) they still really need to update their playlist. i'm not sure how much has changed, but a customer shouldn't be able to discern that they barely change it. i can imagine how irritating it must be for workers.3) i previously mentioned allergy options-- i still have a tough time finding products that are free of egg, dairy, and gluten, and if they're free of one they almost always have the other. it's making it harder for me to shop here when i have just as much luck at TJs at a lower price. With more quality of life considerations for it's customers, this store would benefit a lot.

Whole Foods is not the issue it's the damn parking structure. Sign says under an hour free at Whole Foods I was in there for literally under 5 minutes and it's trying to charge me $2 ok fck them for lying but ok, so I go to pay. Machine is confusing af & not working I press call button but the chick is incompetent says she doesn't even know where I am or what parking structure I'm in. Useless. Got trapped in there cause she was no help and didn't open the gate. It finally worked after 30min so I'm no longer a prisoner but never going back there again in my life

I just want to start by saying , what a beautiful location this store is .. the only thing more beautiful was the customer service . I was in the snack aisle looking for some crackers to go with my cheese platter and I couldn't find the ones I got last time from the other Whole Foods in Culver City . I was frantically lost when a gentle man with long hair and a scanner came down from the ladder and asked if I need help. I explained to him my situation and which crackers I needed , he then help me look , and personally escorted me as they were in the cheese section.. silly me! You guys have a real gem , I believe his name was Kevin . Very friendly and welcoming Ora .. will be back just for the service .

While this Whole Foods is large and beautiful it's quite crowded. I came during the lunch rush and it was difficult to get the grab and go food because there were so many people there. I tried the sandwiches, I really wasn't a fan of the bread. It tasted like it hadn't been fully baked which isn't my forte. The meats and veggies inside were good but the sandwich was really disappointing. I appreciate the ease of the Amazon return stand but that can also get crowded. My biggest frustration is having to pay for parking to go grocery shopping. Not an easily accessible location as it takes much time to find parking and on top of that having to pay just to park. The store is beautiful but the food and parking was disappointing.

I asked for a simple ladybug cake and I was shocked at the work that they presented as professional. The boast their cake decorating skills but what I received looked rushed and sloppy. They should fire the cake decorator they have immediately.
