Decided to try to get food here despite my last review 4 years ago and did not even want to get food it was the mast discusting fast food i have ever been to used the restroom before i ordered and it lookedike it had not been cleaned in weeks there was no toilet paper no paper towls or soap i would not be surprized if people are not getting sick from this place anyone reading this please run it is not health even walking in this placeDon't even deserve the one star but I had to give it to them you can't put zero first I come out the drive-through noticed a shorted me one french fry so I come back go in the store get my French fry leave get all the way home to notice that they made my Burgers wrong if they can't read and it shouldn't be working at Burger King

This is my favorite BK location around the Bay Area and the only BK I'll order from because I've never gotten the wrong order, the food is never over-fried or dried out, and the customer service is great! I usually go through the drive thru and Armando, the cashier, is the nicest person I've ever encountered in fast food. I've never been rushed to give my order, He is always so friendly and makes the BK trip so pleasant!

I don't like fast food that much, but I prefer this over McDonald's if I'm not trying to spend a bunch of money at Jack in the boxKid-friendliness: My kid always wants the nuggets or cheeseburger, of course it has to be kids meal type of thing for him too

Ordered drive through, and on three consecutive visits, my order was missing an item. I let it go the first two times, but at this point it seems to be a pattern that needs to be addressed.
When I can't get my 91 year old mother to eat, I pick her up a vanilla shake. You can mix a vanilla protein drink in it. Plus, I can get the rest of my family something to eat. Win

Shortage of workers. There were only two workers at the store at 4pm today. One was in the kitchen and other was running to service between front counter and driver through window. About a dozen customers inside.Food was good and hot.

The food was mediocre at best, the place was filthy. I'm starting to see that burger kings don't think having clean restaurants is important for customers. I thought it was funny, there were those little paper crowns on every single table, along with the smears of ketchup and dried soda. Straw wrappers, food, and other garbage all over the floor. I guess putting crowns on the tables is a priority over cleaning the restaurant?
