Omg the service was phenomenal. I haven't been to a Denny's where I was treated so nicely and so welcoming. The lady waitress was solo and was so efficient, kind and took the time to speak to me and the kids that I knew she was an OG. They don't make waitress's like that anymore!

The food is always good and the service is always good too. But it was freezing in the Denny's restaurant on Sunrise by highway 50. We tried to eat our food so fast before it got cold. Mine was cold after 3 minutes. They need to turn on the heat.Wheelchair accessibility: They need more handicap parking.

The service from our server Hannah was excellent! She's the only reason why o decided to stay and wait to eat my breakfast as she was the only server waiting on multiple tables and with such amazing service and attentiveness. She's a keeper! Please take time to recognize her..Not only was she the only server she served all her guest with a smile and poise.
The Server with the brown hair in a ponytail was yelling ay the sweet blonde server yesterday when we arrived. She was very Rude upon seating us and really set up such a BAD VIBE. She was Scowling and being very condescending. Our Server (the blonde) was wonderful though. And the food was good. But I really want the management to know how their establishment is running in regards to the Greeting experience. THE WORST. Keep that scowler in the back washing dishes away from the customers and you will have a much nicer restaurant.

I ordered one of the new offerings on their menu, stuffed french toast. It looked delicious in the picture. Unfortunately that's where the delicious ended. My French toast was burnt and the strawberries were old and mushy.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors and way too many chairs set up. If it wasn't for my hubby helping me by moving chairs around for me i wouldn't have been able to get to my parties table to eat.

I haven't eaten at Denny's in many years. I usually hard pass on Denny's. We recently decided to take a chance and stop by Denny's in Contra Costa for breakfast. It was amazing. things have changed. We were seated promptly. Our food was delicious, everything! the french fries were fresh and crispy, just the way I like them. Service was prompt and they have made some wonderful additions to the menu. My new favorite is the green smoothie. It rivals any delicious smoothie from a fancy smoothie bar. We have returned to this location several times since our October experience. My only regret was not getting the names of our servers. They were always kind and attentive. Next time I will pay attention to names. Everyone was cool.
