The guy who work this morning is the worst service I got . He’s very slow he’s look like very sleepy and the worst thing is my coffee is tasteless. I always ordered same coffee ( Oleato) all the time because I like this flavor so I knew what it taste like . He made my coffee no taste at all and because he’s so slow even Iam only the one costumer that time Iam super late in my job this morning because of him And my morning is not good because my coffee is not good.

I ordered using the app. I waited 30 minutes to receive my cinnamon dulce latte. There was no apology or excuse given. Several others also had to wait just as long. One person observed people ordering at the register, then receiving their orders before us.

While Starbucks across the country are inconsistent in preparing their beverages, this particular Starbucks stands out. I like exactly two of their drinks: Mocha Frapp and Iced Passion tea. ***Grande no-whip mocha frapp, 1 extra pump mocha, shot of espresso blendedTrente iced Passion tea, ice to the top, no syrup, no water, 4 Splenda ***The mocha frapp taste different nearly every time. Some days I just have to throw it in the trash as I head back to my car. I no longer buy that beverage at this store. The last two times I purchased the tea, even though I watched and no water was added, it had nearly no flavor. Has Starbucks started pre-watering-down their cold tea bases? I thought the first time was a fluke, but the second time I wondered about a change in the base. Both went down the drain when I got home. Sad, really, as I've enjoyed so many in the past.***I'll tell you who has consistently AWESOME beverages... Dutch Bros. I've passed by their parking lot kiosks for years. Until this summer, when I was in Idaho, my son insisted on stopping (he quit going to Starbucks years ago). I decided to try a mocha frapp analog. OMG, it was wonderful. Fuller flavored than Starbucks and as I had two more during that vacation (at diff locations) I can report that they were consistently good. Don't be afraid to go elsewhere for your coffee and tea beverages.

Decent place to pick up coffee before work. I think it might have gotten less busy (which is great) as a result of the Monument Drive Thru one opening. This is a smaller Starbucks. There are a minimal amount of tables and chairs inside, but they do have some outdoor seating. 3/5 because sometimes they take too long to address mobile pick ups -- to the point that it feels like they're purposely ignoring you.

Decided to stop by this Starbucks for a cool drink while I waited for my car to charge. I was not greeted by the cashier when I walked up and instead I greeted him. Not a big deal it is late in the day. My drink was fast because I was the only one in there. The barista was pleasant and told me to have a good day. So I took a seat because I had time and they didn't close for another 25 minutes. While I'm sitting there one of the workers, I suspect the shift lead, turned off the lights. I look up from my phone to see she's looking at me. I guess that was my signal that I should be on my way. Because I'm petty I kept with my plan to sit in there until I was ready to leave. I know we all want to go home but it's your job to treat every customer like you want them there.

I'm disappointed in the service here. I was standing in line behind my friend who had just ordered and when I approached the counter I was ignored. While I was politely waiting for a barista, two people walked in, cut in front of me, and the barista took their order. I hate writing bad reviews! But this experience really bothered me. After taking their order I was finally acknowledged. Then while the other barista was making my drink she approached and said, "by the way we are closed now". She was very polite to the people who cut in front of me. Not sure what I did to deserve this mistreatment.

It’s super strange that the restrooms are “closed” at 6PM when the store is at least an hour more open with multiple customers inside. And the fact that they’re SUPER rude about it, barista with purple hair, doesn’t really help either.I paid for whatever I paid for and restroom is a basic customer right.

$overpriced $3.15 for a tall 12 oz “brewed coffee” which she under-poured in my Starbucks branded personal cup. Requested pour over dark roast and she said she has Pike available. No one in line behind me -off peak time. Usual $2.85.
