Stop by to pass the time, was there 130pm to 230pm on wednesday afternoon, hardly no customers, some walk in, but i like the symetric walls and picture frames, by the time i left, it started to have lines for orders, this particular location is super busy on weekeneds though, excellent location ?

This Starbucks looked really active at social and community causes.It also had a designated coffee remains container for people to use as a fertilizer.The whole ambiance made us feel good about the environmental care not just spoken but for taking action for it.The good and service was good.

This location, 1900 Contra Costa Blvd in Pleasant Hill is a filthy homeless haven. They allow one homeless man to live here during hours of operation on a daily basis. Now that it’s cold outside, there are multiple homeless inside, and all of the outdoor chairs/tables are full of homeless after hours. Area not clean and smells. Tried multiple times to contact a district manager, with no response. If you’re the owner of this place, why is it other Starbucks aren’t having this issue, and why are you allowing this!!!! It’s a restaurant for Christ sake. Just gross!

Always mess up my order, it's really disappointing. Used my stars today for a free drink and again, it was messed up. I don't even say anything anymore, but it's so disappointing it always happens. Don't think I'll be coming back here anymore.

I came in on June 14th (I had a work meeting in the area. I'm not originally from over here). My mobile order was incorrect because they gave me Regular Milk instead of Oat milk. (I can't have regular milk). I called and spoke to someone so accommodating and sweet. I was told that I can come back the next time I'm in town and they'll remake my order. I have it documented in my Starbucks order that I came to visit on this date. When I came back in this month it was around 11am? Two girls were working. -- they were really rude. I explained to them what happened. They said "I don't see your name here." Do you have a physical receipt. I offered to show them my mobile app but they only wanted to see a receipt that i didn't have! I felt like a proof of the order via my mobile app would sufficed but they didn't care. A waste of money..and time. Customer service was horrible.

Another Starbucks review? From someone who only went to Peet’s for more than 15 years? It’s funny how things can change and for me, it mostly started with the food. It’s better at Starbucks and the coffee is good enough to keep me coming back. This version of Starbucks has a great look and very easy access since there is so much parking available around the shopping center. The people working here are nice and the service was quick. Yes, it’s much like all the other Starbucks stores but in my mind, that’s a good thing.

Coffee is always perfect here. I have always enjoyed the coffee from Starbucks, but unfortunately, the location in Safeway at Sun Valley Mall seems to have some issues with the quality of their coffee drinks. It's surprising that none of the Starbucks managers have addressed this problem yet. It can be disappointing to spend time shopping around the mall and then paying for a weak and flavorless cup of coffee. It's unclear what the reason is behind this inconsistency.

Came in for a quick refresher and an afternoon breakfast sandwich. It was a bit of a crowd, but despite that my order was made it extremely quickly. The customer service was absolutely excellent and I think she may have even been training because the manager who was super friendly, and even walked my order out to me, was supervising her. Just wanted to say you both are doing a great job.
