Ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato and when I went to drink out of it I found some chunks of white flakes inside of it. Disgusted and need a solution. Very upset

Worst customer service I have ever seen . The young girl behind the counter Jenny was more into complaining how she dropped out of college to her coworker then helping out paying customers . She was extremely rude to my girlfriend my girl had to try multiple times to get her attention. After the rude incident the supervisor was requested the Safeway supervisor came an said she was gonna contact Starbucks supervisor. I understand everyone has bad days but when your in customer service you need self control of your personal life an what you bring to work . And do not try to stare down customers you were just rude too lol.

If only I can give negative stars.... Cathy, you should not be working in any form customer service. As it pained you to take my order. Then huffed, as I placed another drink order.... AND you got my drink order ALL WRONG! WTF!!! Maybe if you weren't such a LAZY B***** you can paid attention to the details of my order. Shame on you! You should not be working at Starbucks. I think you would fit in better as a Walmart cashier.

This 5 star review is for the staff at this location. Shout out for the genuine, kind, industrious staff. Anthony and Kyle are some of my faves but everyone is awesome. I'm still learning their names. I'm a philz lover but this is THEE ONLY STARBUCKS I frequent. Everyone here deserves a raise!

By far the nastiest Starbucks I have ever been to. The woman with very short blonde hair and Tortoiseshell glasses was who took my order was the rudest woman I have ever come in contact with. I will never return there again. Their bathrooms were atrocious. There was literally crap on there ground. I suggest you all to pick a different Starbucks.

This Starbucks is the slowest of them all. It takes them a long time to just get your order AND a long time to make your order. One time I was there I ordered a simple iced americano .. Julian skipped my order to make his couple friends orders. I promised I wouldn't come back but on a second attempt it was a similar story. Took them forever to take my order AND this time they made the wrong order. Will not come back

Taste: 4 Value: FREE Service: good Stopped by this location located in a small plaza with other small businesses to pick up my FREE b-day item. The line wasn't too long around noon on a weekday. I ordered a venti caramel frap, and it did not disappoint. The caramel drizzle at the top and bottom complemented the sweet but caffeinated drink and helped power me through my day!

Won't be stopping by hara again anytime soon. Everyone working behing the bar was too busy talking and giggling to even say hello or thank you. Waiting 15 min for 1 venti drink...what a shame...smh...

Hit or miss. So far the iced coffee and almond croissant has been good. The homeless loiter outside the store and the area in front is always trashed. Also some of the staff are not so nice. They need to clean up the store and the outside chairs and tables.

its okay, some baristas are nicer than others but this place is always packed with students so its hard to find a table and always dirty most likely because they are busy or open 24 hours. i did have one bad experience , one barista slid someones coffee on the table where they get picked up at and the coffee tipped over and the coffee spilled all over me becuase i was waiting there too and the barista didnt even bother checking or asking if i was okay since it was her fault and the way she handed out that coffee ??
