The Manager and the staff are absolutely amazing. Every time I walk in there I get such a friendly welcome with smiles. The food is out within a couple minutes, so nice so friendly, so sweet I love them all so professional. The place is always clean. They will come every single person that walks in the door. I will never go anywhere else but that location I’m a very happy unsatisfied customer.

I was looking for the best cheesesteak and I found it!! Amy and team do a great job and I'm head over heels for this place. I found them 2 weeks ago and have been 6-7 times already!

Great service and very personable staff. They remember you if you've been there before, which is nice. This is my one stop for Cheesesteaks!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Me and my office come in frequently for lunch and our last FIVE ORDERS HAVE BEEN WRONG. I went in to resolve the issue, asked for the Manager, spoke to Amy and was disgusted after leaving. She treated me and my assistant manager like trash. ABSOLUTELY ABHORENT BEHAVIOR from the management here

I was excited when they opened a location in Pleasant Hill, but it has been a huge letdown. The Concord and Walnut Creek locations have been a million times better for us in the past. But the PH location has been consistently disappointing. Motown Philly...the mushrooms and onions are basically raw, and there's so little cheese on the sandwiches that this place should just be called "the steak shop". The preparation is so poor here. If I just wanted extra dry meat on a bun, I would have gone to McD's. This just makes me sad.

We absolutely love this place! From the Hank's Black Cherry gourmet soda to the original Tastykake treats we love it all. My favorite order is the King of Philly cheesesteak and a side of curly fries. Give this place a try whether you've never had a cheesesteak or if you are an old school east coast die hard you will love it.

On Labor Day I decided to enjoy my day off by having something for lunch that I usually do not eat. Since I cannot eat gluten, I order the Philly Steak, it comes with the chopped steak, onions and cheese sauce. One order is enough for two people. When I open my container my food smell so good and then I took a bite. The cheese sauce had no flavor at all. It basically added color to the dish and the steak could have been seasoned a little more. I did, however receive great customer service.

Always good food and crispy fries the man who made my order yesterday had the biggest smile on his face and it made my day! Most definitely will be back!

Solid cheesesteak. Get the original with steak, provolone + American, and sweet and hot peppers with a side of cheddar cheese. Not Philly, but hits the spot.

Had to wait 10 minutes to be waited on and when some online order guy walks in and gets served first and THEN I was acknowledged, not acceptable. I gotta say the manager Miguel came up and apologized and I told him I understand that he was busy but the cashier (was afraid to give his name) needs more training when it comes to customer service. Nameless cashier with bad hygiene and a could careless attitude needs more training, if that helps. I won't be back AND I'm going to advise my friends and family to make the extra trip to Walnut Creek for better service.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Let me start by saying how important customer service is to me. I could go anywhere and the food could be absolutely awful but as long as the customer service is great, I would give them another chance. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this location. Not just 1x, 2x, but THREE times! It's worth the drive to go to Walnut Creek or Concord if you want their food but DO NOT GO HERE. Customer service is absolutely NOT their priority. Due to my teenage daughter having a food allergies, I have made a request to do a kids meal grilled cheese sandwich, and due to the fact that the kids meal is such a small sandwich, I offered to pay extra money To put on a 9 inch piece of bread versus a 6 inch piece of bread, and add extra cheese. I offered to pay a fair cost for this,, well over what the cost of extra cheese would be. The first time I made this request, the manager Selena made an issue about doing it, as they said there was not a button for extra cheese or a large roll (felt more like she didn't want to.) She told me if I ordered it off DoorDash then she could honor it for me...of course they can it's an additional five dollars on DoorDash for the sandwiches ($10 extra for CHEESE at that point with fees!). However, I did that the first time and, I got it they MESSED up the side orders completely and instead of giving me curly fries I was received soggy, burnt steak fries- which I find gross and were tossed. Fast forward to today. I walked in the store and discussed the previous scenario and offered to pay more for extra cheese and a drink to make up for the 3 inch difference in bread size, again well over what would be the restaurant cost and profit margin. The young man at the counter was wonderful. He had no problem doing it with a "yes ma'am" type of attitude that should be in customer service. He needed help processing it so he asked the male chef in charge. The chef immediately said "nope I remember your situation and we cannot do that for you." The clerk at the counter along with myself tried several times to explain the situation to the chef, as he did not know what we were trying to say and he had rephrased back incorrectly what I was saying. He cut off the clerk and I on several occasions responding with "I know what you're going to say and no." He did not know what we were going to say, and even if he did... just listen! After cutting me off several times I was told no they wouldn't do it for me. He made me feel grimy as if I was trying to get something for free, which is absolutely NOT the case. I'm trying to cater to a 17 year old with food allergies and there is not a grilled cheese on the menu. It's absurd to expect me to pay full price for a Philly cheesesteak and leave the meat on the side, as he told me to do. I refuse to do that. That's absurd, as the cost is high cuz of the MEAT!I walked out of the store and I will absolutely never go back. I will not order on DoorDash, I will make sure everybody I know does not go to this location because their priorities are wrong. The fact that they let a $30 order go out the window rather than let me pay an additional $3 to get what I want at no cost of the company, just shows me what customers truly mean to them- NOTHING. Never again. Glad that $3 was worth all that to you (well 50 cents honestly at cost). This are tough times and your customers should happy when they leave. Bummer cuz the food is good

Had a good experience for a quick bite. Got a half Philly Original with both peppers & white american - would have preferred traditional whiz but it was still a decent sandwich. Included a side of cajun fries - could have been cooked another 30 seconds to be a bit more crunchy but had good flavor and just a little kick. Overall, it was a quick visit and a bit better than some of the other locations for some reason.

The cheesesteak sandwich that I had was good however the fries were slightly greasy in my opinion. Overall it was good and I will return.
