I love the Asian Chicken Wraps at Togos. They are much lower carb than the sandwiches with bread.

I had placed an order the day before Christmas Eve. And they had closed early. The front door was locked. And the lights were off . I never got my food. So I thought I'd call and get my refund. The lady on the phone was so rude and wouldn't hear me out. She was more concerned about being right than doing what's right. As a person that works with other customers I've never had an experience like this ever. This will be my last time eating here. And I didn't get my food or refund.

Slightly disappointed Had a #15 Greek Veggie Wrap - It was particularly sparse on bell peppers, one of the ingredients. Fortunately, I had more at home to add to it or it would have been a hummus/lettuce wrap with little flavor. Had a Farmer's Market Salad - never been disappointed in the past, but this one had a virtual speckle of carrots on it. Stated ingredients are as follows: Cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, feta, red onions, pepperoncinis & croutons, romaine lettuce and spring mix - got no cabbage, no spring mix, and I had to search for the shredded carrots Not sure what is going on here - there was a language barrier, but I didn't feel like the preparer was being attentive to the required ingredients

I tried the new pastrami dip, and it was quite good. I ordered online and it was ready when they said it was going to be.

The new sandwich is the bomb it's the pastrami one next I will try the roast beef one this is really tasty with a little bit of a bite to it perfect . Togos sandwich usually it's meh you know you could do better at a deli but this one not bad at all . I do this one again for sure

We went to Togos because they don’t have them anywhere near where we live. This used to be our favorite place to eat a sandwich. My hubby ordered a hot pastrami sandwich. He gets his sandwich and it’s cold. We asked an employee that was cleaning tables if it was supposed to be hot. She kindly took the sandwich and went to the employee that made the sandwich. The other employee yells across the restaurant to us that if we wanted it hot and toasted we need to tell her. Huh? Isn’t a hot pastrami supposed to be hot? Thank goodness for the other employee. She remade the sandwich plus told us to keep the other one. I don’t know what happened to customer service these days but it sure is lacking with some people.

Upon arrival extremely friendly staff suggested a delicious sandwich I enjoyed my experience.
I got a sandwich for lunch on Friday. The lady behind the counter was a disgrace. She burped, did not apologize, did not smile and was rude throughout the process. She did not seem happy to be there. The Hispanic lady was nice at the register though

Folks were really nice here, and I'm sorry this review isn't better. This just isn't the Togo's I know. While the ingredients were fresh enough, the location wasn't especially tidy, and the portion of filling vs. bread was more Subway than Togo's. Protein was scarce - and it was fairly measured so no one was specifically skimping. Must be franchise law? Somewhere the chain fell into that profit/loss void so, after 20+ years of loyalty, we won't be back. Perhaps if you're new to this chain store sandwich you won't be disappointed.

Good sandwiches, but seems a little lax on cleanliness/food safety practices (e.g. multiple times I've been there where they didn't switch gloves between preparing food and using the register).
