I ordered via DoorDash. Excellent chocolate Mousse cake. Very rich. Boxed neatly and delivered undamaged. Yum.Dietary restrictions: Nut ingredients included in descriptions.
Ordered mango brulee cake again ,it's was a bit hard not fresh . Called manager . He said Newark location makes it n we get from there . Where I tried their arden wood location in Sacramento their cakes were more fresh then Pleasanton location .Not worth to try n spend money . That's not how you solve problem with a unhappy customer .

Ordered two 8" mango cakes through 85 Degrees website for delivery for a Lunar New Year party. Delivery driver arrived on time apologizing profusely because the store refused to give her my second cake. She tried to show them my order confirmation and they still sent her away with only ONE cake... We had over 50 guests expected for Lunar New Year and I had to go out to buy a separate dessert since I wasn't able to contact the store after repeated attempts to call. When we finally cut into the cake four hours later during the party it was STILL FROZEN, something the shop nor website mentioned. Extremely disappointed in this experience, absolutely unacceptable.
I didn't know that you can mess up a sea salt caramel coffee (quarter sugar) in 10 different ways before visiting this store...Attempt 1: the coffee was extremely salty as if I am drinking some soup:(Attempt 2: zero sweet and OK saltAttempt 3: Decent sugar and salt with no caramelAt this point, I gave up on the coffee.. I considered my 5 dollars as a donation to 85c and moved on!!The irritating part is that their employee trying to convince me that, quarter sugar coffees are always salty as if this is my first time with 85c... I have enough membership points to get 20 coffees free!!Atleast beware of their coffees lol
