Love stopping in for some ice cream, I work around the corner and this place is a nice treat! The owners are amazing people, this location is always clean , staff is supper friendly and prices are extremely reasonable. I love all the flavor options, milk shakes, sundays and toppings. World Class Chocolate & Rocky Road are my favorite!

Went to this location on a Tuesday at 6:00PM & they were closed!! They need to change their store hours if they're not gonna be open!

I don't typically buy ice cream from stores like Baskin Robbins, Cold Stone, etc, usually just buying tubs from Costco, Trader Joe's, Safeway, or other grocery stores, if at all, but I came here with my coworkers after work since we work nearby and they are open surprisingly late, especially for this area. We were off work before 9:00 and this place closes at 10:00! The ice cream certainly tastes better than the supermarket tubs, and the experience and convenience are cool. Service is quick and it's cool to sit down like a restaurant experience. It was really cold outside and it was nice and warm in the store, a perfect indoor place for having ice cream with friends! We came in on Friday night past 9:00, and the people working were very nice, welcoming, and friendly! I was surprised how busy it was for Pleasanton at night for ice cream in a colder season, I imagine the hot summer days might be much busier!

They need to update their hours, says it closes at 10:30 but was dark and looks like it had been closed for awhile at 10:00.It’s just annoying that it takes a business 30 seconds to fix something would stoppeople from wasting a lot longer on driving to a closed store.

If I could give this place one star, I would. We ordered a special ice cream cake for our son's graduation to be picked up today at noon. The store is supposed to open at 11 and when my wife arrived at noon the place was closed. She waited 45 minutes for someone to show up and open the shop and eventually left with no cake. In that 45 minutes, she watched many other people show up and leave frustrated as well. No one answered the phone and there is no way to reach anyone which is even more frustrating. If the store was going to be open later, it would have been nice to have a heads up because now we have no cake for graduation tonight. Not to mention, we wasted a ton of money on a cake we can even pick up.
No sugar added for me, and a nice selection with for the family!

I would really give a negative star if i can…terrible service.. unbelievably rude girls… why do even bother working and having a store when you can be sooooo rude to a TODDLER…seriously find a better excuse to do something with your day …anything other than a ice cream store would be better i promise…people come here to chill and have ice cream. Not take your stress home.. we have our own thank you.. never coming back. And would totally advise all families to stay away from this store.
