Staff was disinterested and unfriendly, some sanitary concerns (ex: the pizza maker twice thought I said one thing when I wanted another so just picked them off the pizza and threw them back into the bins, along with other parts of the pizza - one time mixing some meat into a veggie bin), pizza was undercooked and greasy. Also no beer but that's not their fault lol. We shant be returning.

If you like Blaze, this is a solid store. The staff is friendly and quick, ingredients are generally fresh, and it’s always clean. There’s ample seating, including outside, and it’s usually not crowded. If you’re not familiar with Blaze, it’s fast food single serve pizza. The thin crust is consistently pretty good and, given the near total absence of decent pizza in the Bay Area, it’s not a bad option, especially considering it’s essentially fast food. One caveat is that it’s a bit pricey for what you get (roughly $15 for an individual pizza and a drink)Vegetarian options: It’s pizza, so there are a ton of vegetable only toppings. Conversely it’s pizza, so not a great place for vegans.Parking: Lots of parking as it’s a big plaza and not too crowded. Two L2 EV charging spots that are almost never available.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Casual/fast food atmosphere

Love this pizza and location!! Great price for the 11 inch pizzas and I love how easy the app is to use and customize. The service is usually efficient and I've never had an issue if my order was incorrect in getting a replacement. Chill vibe in the restaurant, though I always take my order to go. My favorite is the white top with chicken and the high rise crust! The desserts haven't wow'd me, but the pizza keeps me coming back!

Customer service is terrible.Not only do you get a "I don't care" attitude from the male employees there, you receive disrespectful and judgmental glaring eyes from the female employees. It shouldn't matter if this is a family ran business, you should understand how to treat your customers.Would rather much support the competition even if it meant driving farther to avoid the attitudes of these employees. 0 stars on service if I could.

I went there today and was disappointed with the service. When I entered there were 2 guys who just stared at me awkwardly, did not say hi or welcome me, they looked at me then went back to doing their work. Then when I was ready to order I waited a few minutes and it was like neither of them wanted to help me, they practically ignored me, no other customers mind you and then one of them had to ask the other one to help me because he didn't want to help me. Not good service at all.Then I noticed that the guy who didn't want to server me and didn't welcome me, he welcomed the next customer really warmly and ran over to ask next customer how could he help her, she had to tell him she was waiting on her husband, I feel like I was discriminated against by him. The guy who served me was nicer thankfully.The food was good. I don't think I will be back you should greet all customers and treat them the same.
