I went to CPK Sunday night visting family im not from the bayarea and i had this server ashley , mind you i go out to eat with my family where i live and experienced a bunch of servers but she is over and beyond great in hospitality and taking care of the guest. I seen she had a troubled table next to me with there decline payment and she handled it so well and didnt make that person feel uncomfortable or guilty she also made jokes with my family and helped alot of other tables around when there wasnt a server in site.CPK is lucky to have someone like her because servers like that doesn’t come by often!
Literally waited 20 min for drinks. Was Basically overlooked for a bigger party ( guaranted gratuity) and they got their drinks before we got our three drinks. . Finally got our appetizer ( 1 not 50) and the artichokes was cold supposed to be warm or hot. Pizza came out cold obviously sitting under the lamp but still came out cold. Ridiculous service not even that busy.

You should rename your brand name to coldest pizza kitchen. The wild mushroom pizza we ordered was completely cold and dry. Pathetic!They refused to change it in good will and rather just gave a small discount - so they expected we eat that trashy pizza.They would not bring plates, waters until we asked for it. There was a cleaning guy roaming around but he would never come clean dirty dishes off our table and kept piling up.We are done with CPK and are never coming back.

We got here at 4:30pm on a rainy Saturday night after a long day of shopping at the mall. We specifically came to watch the 2pm Lion Dance Performance inside the mall. When we walked in CPK there were about 5 sets of people waiting to be seated and were told of the 20 minutes wait even though we could see inside and saw that there were only 10 to 15 booths filled and more than half of the place was empty. When we were finally seated, we were seated where they seem to be putting everyone, right in front of the kitchen. We noticed someone just left our booth because the receipt was still on the table that the hostess took right before we sat down. We already knew what to order because we were looking at the menu as we were waiting in the lobby. When the waiter came in, I showed him the "Free small plate" from their app that I downloaded 1 week before our visit. That was our only incentive for coming in here, otherwise, we would've dined in next door to Cheesecake Factory. He proceeded to tell me that we cannot use it as it has to be on our next visit. FUNNY, considering it doesn't say that on the app and the free item only gives you 3 weeks after you installed the app to use before it expired. So they expect you to visit twice in three weeks in order to use a free small plate coupon. Also, when you pay your bill, they do not scan you app to show that you visited. There's a code on the app to tell your server so you get credit on this visit but it just tells you to write your phone number on your receipt so that they can credit you on your app for the visit. I don't know if that will happen as I immediately deleted the app from my phone since we are not coming back here ever again. We ordered the two soups in a bowl, California Club Pizza and Carne Asada Pizza. Both pizzas were $20 each and soup was $10. Both pizzas were very bland to me and feels like it needs more sauce. California Club felt like they just dumped lettuce, tomatoes and avocados on a cardboard that they call pizza crust as there were no other tastes going on with the pizza. Both pizza tasted bland and unappetizing. I had better pizzas for lower than $20. Heck, Dominos $6.99 special and Little Cesars pizzas have more flavors and left us filled a lot more than CPK! The soup was very flavorful and filling which was weird as it cost a lot less than the pizzas. And aren't they supposed to be know for their pizzas? It also took awhile just to get water refilled. The restroom for both men and women were being mopped at the same time as there was a sign right in between both doors. One of the workers said that you can go in but just be careful walking. The women's restroom had dried floor except for the handicapped one, that I ended up using as the other two were occupied, and there were huge puddles right around the toilet which looks to me as if the toilet itself is leaking, Basically, if you want bland overpriced food and slow service, you can choose to eat here. After this visit and paying over $50 plus tip, we were still hungry! We ended up getting boba and chicken somewhere else. As we were leaving, we were handed two sealed coupons which is good for your next visit. They keep advertising this on their app and on the table. The huge catch is you cannot open the envelope and it is invalid if you do. Only a manager can open it and you will not know your discount until after you are about to pay. What a crock! After the issue of not being use the offer on their app, I don't expect much from these two coupons which are worthless to me. This is definitely a one and done place for us.

Food is not good. We ordered Pizza, Salad, and Pasta. All 3 were bad. I couldn't eat the salad at all. The chicken bite in salad tasted no fresh, the veggies tasted refrigerated. Pizza was bad. And the worst part was pasta. Supper oily, and it wasn't delicious at all. Big waste of money and time.

The waiter was incompetent asf how are you not going to give us utensils after we've received our meal how the hell are you going to mess up on the orders maybe if you were to have written it down instead of rushing you wouldn't of messed up so much. Place wasn't even busy, either stupid or just careless.

The service I experienced at this location was uncomfortable & weird.My server, lacked hospitality & seemed extremely impatient. While I noticed he smiled, made eye contact, & checked on his other tables; I did not have the same experience. Honestly felt like he did not want to serve us.While paying for the meal, he made the comment, “The tip isn’t included”. No duh?! Isn’t that how most restaurants work ?

Crazy how employees nowadays just don't get it. Restaurant was half empty and we waited 30 minutes for a table. Way more people leaving than coming in. Unbussed tables just sitting there dirty while two young hostesses laughed, socialized, and played with their cell phones. I finally went up and offered to bus the dirty tables myself so we could get seated. They just looked at me like deer in the headlights.

Stolen my card information and used my card to make purchases after I left. Food took forever and pizza is mid. Dominos has better pizza, service is slow and trash. Honestly hate being those people who write bad reviews and even tipped decently but after my card information being stolen. The truth comes out. Wouldn't recommend also the bathrooms are disgusting. One star because no choice.

Their lunch special is a great deal! I enjoyed the five cheese tomato pizza with Thai crunch salad. The only thing that was a miss was my server forgot my avocado add-on to my salad which the menu states is $1.75. When I asked for the avocado after I got my salad she gave it to me, but on the bill she charged me the avocado as a "side" which is $3. That wasn't very nice nor did she apologize or explain why I wasn't charged as a side. Stars drop due to service for an unpleasant experience which left me not wanting to return as I would not want her as my server. Still recommend trying out their lunch if you're in the area and hope you get better service.

The best part of our meal was the side salad. The pizzas weren't good at all. We originally wanted to go to Cheesecake Factory but the wait was an hour. Will not go to CPK again. It's not what it used to be and is very disappointing.
