The food and service is good. Small dishes are a little overpriced.

I had the cloud dish rice noodles and it was such a fun and cute experience! They bring everything out on a plate for you to put in yourselves. I love hotpot so this was really similar to that. Allowed the food to be super fresh.

So happy to have a new favorite food place in the rotation!! Their menu doesn't have alot of items and some seem to be seasonal or inconsistently available, but everything we've tried has been delicious. From their Crossing Bridge Yun-Nan noodle soup, braised pork noodle soup, kids noodle soup; everything was delicious. The spices they use have a really unique flavor I haven't had at other Chinese restaurants so I asked. The waiter said they import their spices from yunnan to achieve that authentic taste. I love broth so don't mind that there's more brother to noodle ratio, but they have options to order extra noodles and other sides so you can customize to your preference. The staff are also kind and helpful. Some staff speak English quite well, but regardless, the ordering is also easy with their English language online ordering system.

Went there for Chinese New Year dinner. Honestly I think it was just ok, not very good value or exceptional food. At 19.99, the rice noodle set was kind of expensive. Came w ONE very small and thin piece of fish, a couple of thin slices of meat, cooked chicken, 1 shrimp and 1 very tough cuttlefish piece, small pieces of bacon, and almost no veggies. But the soup was rich and tasty. I also ordered the cold noodle and the taste was just kind of blah, like someone poured vinegar when they were supposed to use soy sauce, so the whole dish was kinda sweet. Confusing. Won't be going back.

I like it! Trying Clouddish for the first time and the experience was excellent through and through. The interior was nice, clean and roomy. We were greeted and seated immediately (later we found out by the owner). He was friendly, smily and very helpful when we were struggling on what to order ;) Between the 5 of us; we ordered the following: * The House Special Supreme Chicken Broth Soup with all the combination veggies, meat and seafood. Oh - so - YUMMY!! Note: You have the option of asking the kitchen to just bring out the bowl with all ingredients in it - but since this is my first time here, I wanted the full experience so they brought out the big dish of "everything", the noodles and then the large bowl of pipping hot soup. Then the large plate of goodies is labeled 1-10 so that you'll place the items into the soup in that order. My gosh - it is so good!!! The soup is SO flavorful and everything is perfectly seasoned and all ingredients are balanced in flavor. The bowl looked super large but guess what, I couldn't stop eating it so ate the whole thing AND slurped up the bowl of soup too! * Braised Pork Soup Noodles x 3 and everyone loved it. The soup base was full of flavor yet not too salty. One of us found it to be a bit spicy but perhaps he's just weak! lol ;) * Vegetable & Tofu Dry Noodles; The vegetarian in our party said it was really good, she can also take the spiciness but would have preferred it more mild. So just note to self that we'll order mild next time. * Appetizers: * Wood Ear: Very good and perfectly flavored though I personally don't care for all the chili peppers. Will request without chili flakes next time. * Fried Donut (youtiu): SO GOOD! Perfect also when dipped in the soup. A must have in my opinion along with your soup noodles Overall we all enjoyed a great, nice meal here!! Thank you and we'll be back soon!

Hands down the best Yunnan rice noodle in Bay Area. We ordered the signature cross bridge rice noodles, douhua rice noodle and ghost chicken. My wife grew up in Kunming, Yunnan and she confirmed all dishes are authentic. It was a very pleasant experience!Cross bridge rice noodle - the soup is definitely made from scratch and not from pre-made condiments like many other Chinese restaurants. You can taste a pronounced umami flavor from the chicken, surrounded by another layer of creaminess from the pork bones in the soup base. The salt level is perfect. I never had soup base eve close to that in my 3yrs in the Bay Area.Ghost chicken- a featured dish from the Dai ethnic group. Spicy, sour, umami, and sweet are perfectly balanced up to my taste. You cannot stop once you had the first bite. Might be too spicy for most people though.Douhua (silken tofu?) rice noodles- A lot of picked mustard, which is great, provide a solid fragment flavor as the bases. The peanuts crumbs gave it another layer of nuttiness. Might be slightly too sour for me. But still delicious.Btw, the owner told us that their rice noodles are all shipped from Kunming which had a more bouncy&crunchy texture then any rice noodles I’ve tried in US. And they are planning to make fresh rice noodles here. All in all, 5/5. I only wish they could open another one in the South Bay soon!
