The food is good, there's not many options for stoneridge mall. It's exactly what you expect nothing more nothing less. The customer service is hit or miss depending in the person. But the reason I'm rating it so low is because online they say the gyro is served with fries when it's not. Both me and my coworker stopped in for lunch and was told it was not served with fries. But I feel like that should be updated online because then I would have ordered fries. I believe it used to be but no longer is anymore.

The man at the register was very rude he waited on everyone else but us after we had already paid, we had to ask for water three times the food took 30 minutes to come out and when it did it was overcooked and dry and it just was not a good atmosphere at all. I do not suggest going there if you are African

10/10. The food was delicious. The chapli kabob can be made spicy which had a good kick if you like, I also tried my sister's spicy beef gyro plate, which was also amazing. They had great service and checked in on customers. The ambiance is nice, it's an Afghan restaurant that isn't in a food court, I forgot I was in the mall. This is the best Afghan food I've had in the Pleasanton area, I'll definitely be back!

Came here for lunch. There was no one else waiting for their order or people dining yet service was really slow. They gave us bread with our order but it was stale and practically cold. The food was good but too spicy for my liking and I was not able to enjoy it. I wish they would have mentioned the spiciness of their food before hand either verbally or on the menu.

Everything is delicious! We usually order the chicken thigh kabob (served with beautifully cooked, flavorful rice and fresh salad) and the sabzi (spinach stew). The chicken is juicy and tender, and the flavors are on point. Oh yeah, and the bread is crispy, soft, and also delicious. The portions are generous. I was able to share the plate with my young daughter.
