To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this Jamba visit however I was very impressed by one of the workers at this fine establishment. I think the worker was named Nikhil however I didn't quite have the time to get it down because of how efficient and quick he was when completing my order. Overall, definitely would come back soon and he definitely has earned my business.

We stopped by this location because we were on a trip from San José to Napa. Walking into this place is like walking into how places looked 2+ years ago at the height of the pandemic. There are no tables and chairs, just a huge empty space with the giant clear dividers up between the customers and most of the area where the employees are. I ordered a medium PB + banana protein smoothie with whey protein. My husband got the Caribbean Passion. His was ready first then mine came up next but some little kid that ordered after me came up and swooped it up before I got over there. The guy said he had another one coming up. When he put it down, another guy who ordered after me came and tried to take it even though I was already reaching for it. The worker had to tell him it was mine. So 3 people in a row ordered the same smoothie. When I got outside, I took a sip and it didn't taste good at all. Kind of sour and salty, and not like peanut butter or banana at all. I've never ordered that flavor so I was disappointed. My husband's tasted good. We jumped in the car and got on the road. We had picked up some snacks from the Habit next door as well so I didn't take another sip until we were near San Ramon. When I took the next sip, I realized what was wrong. I got a strong sour aftertaste of bad milk. I asked my husband to take a sip to make sure I wasn't crazy and he concurred. So I called the store back. At this point we were on our way and had to be in Napa at a certain time so we couldn't turn around. I told the guy who answered about the bad milk and warned him he should not serve it to anyone else. He said the milk should be fine, because the expiration date wasn't until September. He said sorry but didn't offer to replace the drink. Just said "sorry" and that was it. I had mentioned I couldn't drive back, but he could have at least offered to send a gift card or even a coupon in exchange for a bad drink that cost $8.69 plus tax. I hope the other 2 people came back and complained and got new drinks. I wish it had been worth the time and effort to turn back. I've never been to this location and I will never come back. I see why it has such a low rating.

Ordered an Aloha Pineapple but the taste and flavor were extremely off, it tasted of fermented apple juice which I thought was bizarre and not a whole lot of pineapple flavor. At nearly $7 for a small I was expected the nostalgic Jamba flavors I grew up with. Maybe they had an off day?

It's summer and Jamba Juice is a must!:) Great place, clean and friendly ! (6/29 in the morning) The staff was friendly! As soon as you walk in she is greeting you and asking how she can help! Order:Got a strawberry bowl and the Month's special: Golden Summer! Both were well made and so delicious !!! I absolutely recommend this friendly delicious Jamba Juice !
Normally, I really enjoy Jamba Juice for its fresh ingredients and smoothies but I had an upsetting experience today at the Bernal store in Pleasanton. I was the only customer in the store and ordered my pb chocolate love with added whey protein. The 5' 2" white woman with brown hair working then chastised me for ordering a drink with dairy and went on about how cows die so I can have the dairy. I was left feeling very uncomfortable with this encounter and feel it is very inappropriate to comment on other people's diets. This happened at 11:40 am Tuesday.

Came in to order a bowl and the cashier said we don't have any toppings for the bowl. Looked at the menu and read off a drink and she proceeded to say we don't have a drink called that even though it's there in bold letters and when she turned to look at it and saw it on the menu she motioned behind her and said we don't have a juicer. I'm not upset at the fact they didn't have anything I wanted I'm just upset she didn't mention it right off the bat and seemed like she wanted to be giving smart remarks.

I just went today, and the employee Ann is so so sweet. She is great at customer service and was handling a lot of customers at once, and was very kind. She made my drink and it tasted fabulous :D

The service was horrible. Edita the manager was unprofessional and not able to make the drink I ordered. I had to call a different Jamba Juice location so they can provide the recipe. Find a different Jamba Juice.
