Barista with red hair that worked today 7/11/23 (white lady, late 20’s) Absolutely appalled by the way she talked back to elderly customers and she hides her name tag and ran to the back once she took our order. I didn’t get her name because she didn’t have a name tag but I will be reaching out to her direct manager.

We thought this location had closed, but we have seen cars outside the restaurant . We decided to go there for lunch. Although they were short staffed, it was only a 10 minute wait. The Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Our server, Teera, was the only server at the time, and she did an excellent job. She brought our drinks on time. We ordered the lettuce cups as an appetizer, and that came out in a timely fashion as well. She refilled the drinks when appropriate and kept coming by to ask if everything was OK. She is an excellent server, for being by herself with a little help from the bartender and the host. I ordered the Asian crunch salad with chicken. My husband got one of their wok bowls. Both were very tasty and delicious. Plenty of food that we were able to take home leftovers from all three dishes. The host, Joshua, stopped to chat with us. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience, and I would recommend it for lunch or dinner to anyone that’s in the area.

Do not visit this PF Chang’s , we just “finished” but we couldn’t that’s the point of this review our dinner which we couldn’t even eat . Our Mongolian beef was beyond overcooked our noodles served stone cold and our crispy honey shrimp well not hot either. ALL inedible. We tried to just send our noodles back to reheat but we’re told they make one fresh. 20 minutes later still no noodles, finally we asked for our check and departed. Awful, awful, awful!!!!!

Always love PF Changs, but not so much this visit. Our server was fine. The food was not that great. Very disappointed. Nothing we ordered was up to the standard of PF Chang's. Even the ice tea was bad. Very sorry to say it was not the highlite of our celebration.
Went to dinner at PF Changs at Stone Ridge Mall in Pleasanton, CA. We were served by Ashley who was just fantastic!! She was really wonderful and added to our pleasant evening. The food was great too! Will definitely be back!

Went to dinner with my niece on Friday 11/19/21. Food was very good. The service was perfect. We had Ashley as our server. She was very polite, fast and excelkent in recommending delicious food. Was great having Ashley as our server.

Great customer service. Booked a table via Yelp and was seated shortly after my reservation time. Kasandra was our server and was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered the following: Calamari- good and crispy but a little chewy. Despite this I would definitely order again as it tasted good. Chicken wrap- hubby enjoyed this meal and it was actually the reason why we came to eat lunch here. He tried the one at the Cheesecake factory but was not as pleased with it as he is with the one from PF Changs. Crispy honey shrimp- I was hoping to order the honey walnut prawns but it is no longer in their menu. This seemed like the next best thing. It was ok, but I would probably order the chicken version instead as I barely tasted the shrimp since the breading and sauce were overpowering it. Overall it was a good lunch.
