I ordered an item that was not available which I get, it’s a busy day and sometimes we run out of items. But the employee was very rude and when I asked for a refund she slammed the cash on the counter (I paid with card)

Ordered from here the other night around 7 pm while waiting for my wife to finish shopping got there around 7:04 and they told me they were closed and in order to get a refund to come back tommrow so I did hoping to get a refund when a. Employee and a manager basically accused me of lying and telling me they don't close that early and that they close at 8 argued back and forth until finally all they offered was to remake the meal for me they had a bit of attitude because apparently the order was too much food the employees their are rude and seriously need to fix something along with their hours because google and yelp and the actual store have different hours but they don't seem to care

Maria and Gloria are horrible. Placed a mobile order, they made the order wrong and they said couldn't replace it or refund. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary

I went there this morning (it’s Monday) around 9 to get coffee and breakfast because Google said it was open at 6am. I waited outside the gate (because McDonald’s was actually not open) for a few minutes, hoping the lady at the counter would see me and tell me when they were actually opening. She finally saw me and told me they would open with the rest of the mall at 10am. I, hoping to make her aware of the hours error on Google, said that Google reported her store was already open. I wasn’t being nasty or aggressive, but she then abruptly and aggressively told me that there were tons of other McDonald’s in the area and to go to one of those instead and that she was too occupied with what she was doing to continue talking. This was 1) one of the worst-feeling experiences of treatment I have ever experienced at McDonald’s or anywhere, and 2) it was horrible because I was on foot and the other McDonald’s, while accessible by car, are very far to walk to. So I went to Burger King on Regional Street instead and could not recommend them more highly. Friendly people and delicious Croissanwiches.

The staffs could have terrible taste with food packaging decorations. The store is small and in street style. They are looking for people.

I arrived at this location at 9:50 am on a Thursday to find the restaurant was, in fact, closed. The gate was down across the storefront and the store was dark, but there were employees inside preparing to open the store. I had to wait 12 min before they opened the doors at 10:02. Someone should verify the hours of operation at this location because they do not actually open at 9 am!

Some of the poorest McDonalds I've ever experienced. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich. The bun was burned dark black and the chicken was relatively flavorless. Reminds why even if I'm desperate that McDonalds is the wrong choice.

Just a typical McDonald’s, but I would like to point out that they don’t have any sweet treats (at least not at the moment). Otherwise the place is average. A little small and crowded.

Management please read ! Fire the person working cash register today at 4/112:30 pm . She is so unprofessional, talking down on the customer and giving attitude like we owe McDonald money . She is a Spanish speaking girl around 25. I can't believe she is even working, she is the worst in the history of McDonalds . Fire her now

Half decent McD. Part of the Stoneridge mall. It was around 7 and looked like the staffs were already packing up. The girl at the counter said they are open. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. Hardly had to wait for 2-3 mins, the order was ready. I picked up the order left as they were about to close. The sandwich was damn cold. Not crispy at all. And the sandwich was just a cold chicken piece on bun. Nothing else. Seriously ? Luckily the fries was at least warm. What to say! Such a lame experience!
