Terrible sandwich no meat served with kiddie bag of cheetos. Owners sat at adjacent table as staff struggled to take order without speaking English. Worse mtn Mike ever been to no wonder it was empty resturant at lunch

This pizza is terrible. No sauce, dry, tiny! I ordered 2 personals it cost me $40 to have them delivered. There is a time promise on the website and they were 15 mins late. The delivery guy just handed them to me didn't say a word. So I tipped him for what?? Will NEVER order here again and will tell everyone I know why!!

Ham topping was bad it smelled like dirty feet the sausage smelled discusting like it was very old the hot wings were cold and partially uncooked. Never ever go to this place I got food poisoning. Drinks lack carbonation.

I've been coming to this mountain mikes since I was a kid, it always has that sorta crispy crust and comfort food feel! Today we tried the "SIZZLIN' BACON CLASSIC", and I loved it cause I like anything with bacon! When I was a kid we'd come and play the games in the store and sit down and eat the pizza. It's cool to see they still have some of the same games inside that they had back then and a few more added since then. It always looks clean inside as well! Most people these days seem to order pick up/delivery from mountain mikes. It's a great choice when your in the mood for some pizza! Tasty as usual :)

I booked this place for my soccer team's end of year party and it was perfect! I've booked team parties before at a popular pizza joint in Pleasanton but that place gets so crowded with multiple teams at once, I wanted a place I could book a separate area for our team and their families. This place was wonderful in accommodating us. The boys had a blast playing with their arcade games, and the pizza was DELICIOUS. This will be my go to for team celebrations moving forward. The staff was very nice too! Highly recommend.

Arrived at 11:30 for the lunch buffet which had not been set out yet. They asked us our preferences and had two smalls and garlic knots ready in 10 minutes. Salad bar was clean and fully stocked. We didn’t eat $15 worth to cover the buffet cost but happy with the quality of food offered.

We placed an order online and chose pay at store option. When it was time to get our pizza, we went to the store. The guy at the store, probably the owners son or someone, looked it up and asked us to pay, when I asked how long it would take for the pizza, he said 7 minutes, after we paid only they started making the pizza. When they gave the pizza it was well over what was the promised time, when I asked about it, the guy said "so, what", they have zero-customer service, avoid this place at any cost.

It’s a bitter sweet review. We ordered a medium pizza. Usually we have to give heart and liver for extra toppings on pizzas, but this place was soo generous that we had left over for the next 2 days.Bitter because I don’t like too much vegetables in my pizza, but my partner enjoyed. This place gave me a small town local go to pizza vibe

Terrible pTerrible pizza was oddly shaped diffrent in every slice old chicken was a very dark color made me sick to my stomach I was so disappointed it was ice cold when I recieved it I called to talk about it calmly I usually just let it go but after spending 100 dollars treating my family to pizza I was so disappointed I had to call for them to hang up on me very rudely

Ordered from here at 3pm on Valentine's Day. I thought that it was going to go well since they said my order will be ready in 45 minutes. They did come in 45 minutes, however my order was wrong. Terribly wrong. I asked for a Mountain sized Everest pizza and 6 wings. They delivered bread sticks in a pizza box. I called 5x to ask them when I will get my correct order. The guy at the front kept saying he'll tell the manager to call me-- never happened So now I'm here at the spot, 2 hours later, waiting for my pizza and wings that I ordered AND already paid for over the phone. ALSO-- When I asked if I'd get my order delivered to me later, the guy just said "no, but we'll give you a discount for next time." Hm, what would make me want to order here again? I want the food I ordered and already paid for. I'm not settling for breadsticks for dinner, especially if I already paid nearly $65 for.
