Shrinkflation hit store. Not only plate or bowl size has reduced, they just dump a whole lot of rice or noodles and tiny meat. No standard serving. Hit or miss completely.

I have visited a number of Panda Express’s in the Tri-Valley area. I tried this location once about two months ago. We placed our order and everything seemed fine. But, while the one employee was assembling the food another employee came by fixing her plate for her break. And, that 2nd employee scooped some food and put it on her plate. Then she proceeded to pick out more meat out to add to her plate. This must be business as usual in this place because the employee assembling my food was a shift supervisor. And, she acted as if that was no big deal. So, if you get your food and there is no meat in it as it should be this is why.

They packed my sister’s food horriblly and it spilled out of the bag when she was getting napkins. They charged us for the new entree when THEY were the ones who didn’t close or bag the entree properly. Irritating experience.

Ordered fried rice with honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken with a side of veggie rolls. Just had to wait 3-4 minutes for a fresh batch of orange chicken to come out before I received my order. Wasn't busy at around 3pm on a Saturday.

Panda Express has been doing something right. The staff there is lovely! Nowadays is rare to find places with great customers service and proactive employees. I love to go to Santa Rita location.
I walked in at 9:10-15 and they said they weren't cooking anymore food and there was practically nothing to left. Pretty sad customer service

This location is unlike any other Panda express. It is the only one I go to when the craving for orange chicken and fried rice strikes...I only like to go when Eder is the one cooking. When he cooks, the food tastes extra, extra delicious. He cooks with heart. And has been writing there for many years. He is an assett to the company...I always order fried rice, orange chicken and egg rolls. All prepared fresh by Eder. Customer service is always friendly. Shout out to Diane... She's always provides excellent, impressive, efficient service...I will definitely be back. But only on days when Eder is the cook...

5 stars for Panda Express! No, really. This is the best Panda Express out there. The flavors and quality are as expected from this chain restaurant. 5 stars for the unexpected! The staff at this store is what make this the best. The chef Eder knows how to flavor the dishes he cooks. No bland food here. Always fresh and delicious. The cashier Diane is friendly and welcoming. She makes sure you have enough sauces for all your dipping needs. This is the best tasting Panda Express I have been to. I go out of my way to come here whenever I have a craving.

Whenever we order on DoorDash, I order string bean chicken and I never get the chicken... it's always just green beans and tiny little pieces of chicken if I'm lucky. I don't get why the staff does this.
