My biggest critique with different ramens is always the broth. The broth here is on the thinner side with a more subtle flavor. The noodles themselves were cooked well and the pork pieces were just okay. I loved the soft boiled egg though.

We hardly ever hit up a Japanese joint that isn't spick and span, and this spot was no different. But when it comes to the food, it let us down. The ramen we got was seriously lacking in flavor and that rich broth goodness you expect from ramen. And gyoza it was way too crispy. On the bright side, the service was quick, and the staff were super friendly.

First you have to order at the front desk and the food was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing with a warm mood. There was one employee named Raymond that was super kind and helped us order.

Went again after a few years, the food was the same, really tasty and portioned well. The downside is the price has shot up making it not worth it. 17$ for a basic bowl is a waste of time and money.

Solid five star Ramen beat down designed to take on Ippudo. Lots of chicken in the chicken teriyaki with edible cabbage that was boiled or something. Point is, it was not just plastic green garnish like at Denny's. Also landed the Tonkatsu ramen which produced some heat. Great flavors and freshness but might overwhelm the uninitiated. Stepped up to a Musubi to go for later Netflix viewing. Side note - chicken was charred which was nice.

Best Ramen around Pleasanton that I know of. One of my frequent lunch destinations. I especially love the black garlic or pork belly ramen.

Very delicious. Got mild tonkotsu ramen. Not too salty, my style.

The food was delicious and excellent service. Great location downtown Pleasanton to take the kids and or easy access to get into a first floor location. The restaurant had a clean atmosphere.

Food: 9/10The portion size for the ramen is pretty big! The noodles are thicker in size and very chewy!! I got a mild shoyu ramen, expecting a little more spice, but the flavors were a little more on the bland side. If you're looking for a spicy kick, I recommend getting the medium or higher! Ambience & service: 10/10Such a cute ambience!! The service was so fast--we waited around 10 minutes for all 4 ramens. The employees are also very nice :) I will definitely come back again.

first time trying in pleasanton. it is quite spacious and have to place an order before taking seats. order black garlic ramen and it is mediocre. the pork slices are soft and tender. expect there is a bit garlic taste or flavor in the broth as well but this one not. price is ok ~ seems cheaper than others but they serve with no egg. egg is add on...

Went veggie today at this Ramen place and honestly, it was pretty good! The veggie ramen was full of flavor and the tofu was on point. Also got some nice kicks from Schezwan pepper in there. The spicy cucumber salad was a hit--cool but with a spicy twist. Now, the veggie tempura was a letdown. Way too crispy and oily. Maybe they had the oil too hot or something? The tofu rice bowl wasn't what I had in mind, but hey, my kid loved it, so all good there.Ohh on the spicy level, go for extra spicy if ur in the spice zone All in all, not bad. Would go back for that ramen and cucumber salad for sure!

We got tonkotsu ramen. The broth didn’t have much flavor. the meat wasn’t very fresh and very chewy. Will not come back

I got the mild chicken ramen and it was great! The egg was super yummy and the soup base was delicious! There could have been a little more chicken included the but veggies and soup base was really yummy! Staff was also very friendly and patient

Tried the vegetarian Ramen here. It was good! Extra spicy is the normal spice level.
