One of my favorite places to get a good burger especially with having a ketogenic lifestyle I went around the area today to see if it was closed and it was but it's odd because on the actual website it said only temporarily so hopefully it's for a remodel or something

Permanently closed as of 02/26/22 I was just here a week ago It's a shame cause this place was pretty good

I was craving a big burger. Drove to Pleasanton and found Red Robin was closed. Signage removed. I guess they are gone for good.

Ordered the pig out tavern and the double tavern burger with a side of zucchini fries. They gave plenty of steak fries but lacked seasoning and flavor and also were cold. The burger was warm and okay but dripping in sauce. They also gave plenty of zucchini fries but they were over fried and mostly batter, it was hard to find the zucchini. Plenty of food I only ate half my burger and I have leftover fries.

Came here because I had a craving for a burger & it's a plus that they serve bottomless fries! I ordered The Master Cheese because it had pickles! I got yummy garlic fries on the side - no refill needed. The pickles should have been sliced just a little thicker, they were so thin I could barely taste them. We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries for the table - they were crispy and delicious. My daughter had the cluck a doodles with oranges while my son had the mac it yours (bottomless) mac & cheese with oranges. We all tried the mac and it was so cheesy - I recommend dipping your steak fries in the mac & cheese (what?!). Bomb.com. We came around 7pm on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. The server seemed to have gotten sat all at once so it took a while for her to take our order but she was super friendly and the drinks came out as soon as she walked away with our order - fast! We also had a of help from other servers so I felt we were definitely well taken care of. I'd come back again :)

The food here is good but wow the customer service was horrible. It's Superbowl Sunday and they are dead. When we asked for drinks the server just rolled her eyes and said ok.

Pretty good. Did an online order and it was an easy pickup at their inside entrance. Looked like they also have a curbside option as well but I just went inside. Parking was easy and the restaurant wasn't crowded. Got the burning love gourmet burger. Comes with steak fries ($13+) all included, no extra charge. Bar area was open if you want to watch the game.

Having had a good dining experience at a Red Robin's several months ago, I decided to place a takeout order at this location since I was in the area. Located at the entrance to the shopping center where Walmart is at, parking was plentiful. Arriving for my 2:30pm pickup, the hostess asked if my order was the one on the pickup shelf. I checked and it was not. She asked for my name she went to the back to check and then brought out my order and I was on my way. I ordered the Sautéed 'Shroom burger, which I previously enjoyed. The burger was cooked 'some pink' and was topped with Swiss and a good amount of garlic and parmesan sautéed mushrooms on a grilled sesame bun. It was a very tasty burger. The order also came with steak fries and my requested extra fries. Wish they were a little closer to me, but I would order here if I was in the area.

Red Robin has been my place for a yummy, restaurant burger. I used to frequent the Bay Fair, San Leandro location a loooong time ago and since the pandemic, many have closed including the one I frequented in San Mateo. *sigh* So sad. So now, I travel to Pleasanton and even San Bruno to get my Red Robin fix: Sauteed 'Shroom burger with swiss....mmmm...and sometimes, with added teriyaki sauce (hybrid of a Banzai burger!) along with their endless steak fries. Fortunately, I've never had issue with these locations though Pleasanton can be a little disorganized with take-out orders. Plenty of staff but the confusion seems to be shift changes and responsibilities or inexperience (slow, can't multi-task) working in the hospitality industry. On my last visit about 6 months ago, I placed an order for Take Out which was ready in 15 mins. Perfect! When i walked in, I saw my order sitting on the counter and advised the lady that I was picking up my order. Instead of handing the bag to me, she decided to help people who just walked in to seat them and disappeared a bit. okkkkay.... I know i should've just snagged it but patiently waited 10 minutes since I didn't want to end up on an episode of People Behaving Badly. Overall, mostly good except my last visit and won't knock Red Robin for this one Take-Out experience as their burger and fries hit the spot.

I went and was dissatisfied with their appetizer boneless buffalo chicken it was fried and you could tell not fresh probably the old chicken they already had made then refried to heat up. Very greasy and the fries were greasy you could taste the oil taste only.. the flavor of the sweet potato fries were irrelevant. My burger was okay but just okay not great. I would save yourself a trip and spend your money elsewhere. The cooks just wanted to leave home probably so they were serving up anything.. I'm not coming here again.

Some of these one star reviews are truly petty like the one about getting tartar sauce instead of blue cheese? Just went here and the service was outstanding. Had about a ten minute wait at Noon which is normal. Waiter came by and took our order, cordially. Food came out normal speed and it was delicious. These guys work hard with being short staffed so don't leave a stupid one star review because your drink didn't have the right amount of ice!

My family and I love this place. The waitress, Jamie is Great!! I even called the manager over to tell him that she is wonderful. The restaurant however was out of a lot of food items, sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks, strawberries, oranges. Someone is not ordering the supplies properly for this restaurant. But this is still my favorite restaurant. Thanks for a Great Dining Experience Jamie!!

Very good food and very friendly staff

I love the menu, the service was not good. Our host seated us on a booth which was not wiped, seat was covered by crushed bun. Appetizer and Food served late, not hot.

I am a life-long Red Robin fan, so my opinion is a little biased! I also order the exact same thing every time I come here, so again, I don't have the broadest perspective re. the food here. Since the pandemic, I have not dined in restaurant, i've only done To Go orders, and it is not as good. The steak fries end up soggy (condensation from the plastic container), but are still edible. My favorite entre is the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich. They did mess up my order last time (I asked for no cheese) but it peeled right off (yuck) so the sandwich was still edible. And something about their teriyaki sauce makes it better than anything I can buy in stores! I'll be back (once a fan, always a fan)!
