The service of the creative stores and staff was very kind. The best takoyaki and ice cream as snacks are really good. If you come nearby, make sure to visit. I strongly recommend it. The store is clean and quite spacious inside.

We love this place for a quick sweet treat! Located in Pleasanton, it's surrounded by an array of restaurants, bakeries, and a Ranch 99. The ice cream here is SO smooth and delicate! Our favorite by far is the Ube with custard filling.

Soft serve ice cream was just a tiny bit too bland. I love that it wasn't too sweet though. Why does the cashier guy gotta yell at people though? "ANYTHING ELSE?!?!" After each item we said. There's five of us standing here? Of course we're not done ordering, calm down. LOL.

Mildly annoyed with my experience with this store tonight. After finishing my icecream I got back in line to try and order taiyakis to-go at exactly 9:04 pm. The cashier bluntly stated they weren't selling anymore despite the store closing time being 9:30 pm? It is what it is sometimes and I wasn't irritated at this point. So I go back to conversing with my friends that were finishing their icecream and notice a line of at least 15 people starting to accumulate. Surprise surprise I watched as each new person ordered with the cashier and were handed their ahboong icecreams or boxes of taiyakis. Why lie? TLDR; they lied about not selling taiyaki 30 minutes before close

Cute gem in a busy complex. I had to get this weekly even during winter months because the soft serves were that good. I haven't been as often because of my healthier and less-sugar diet. I do miss it, and I will treat myself to one on my cheat days.

I have come across Somisomi many times at various locations but never tried them. But this time I could not skip it because of the waffle smell and it dragged me into their store to try. I did not try all options since it involves eating lot of sugars. So I asked for their most selling items, Nutella and Taro. I liked Taro very much, it is like a jam and waffle itself is very warm and I recommend to try this place when you are craving for a warm dessert.

Somisomi is an absolute must dessert when we have a feast of sushi or Koran bbq, or Chinese food around the area. Its simple but effective palette cleansing Milk soft serve devoid of Taiyaki or toppings is best for me. Subtle but delicious, both I and my son love the Milk soft serve the best. Sometimes I squeeze in a dab of macaroon and those are a great starter before the delicious soft serve. Forgive me for the plainness but the Milk soft serve on a cup really is the best dessert after a big feast.

The Milk Tea soft serve was so thick, creamy and milk-tea-y - and also lactose free?? Which is great because I wouldve gotten a tummy ache other wise. I also got the Taro Taiyaki on top - which paired really well with the Milk Tea flavor. Although my soft serve came out really fast - I got it and finished it before our order of 2 Taiyaki came out (and Im a slow eater). We waited forever for our Taiyaki - and it wasn't even a busy night. They were fresh and delicious though once we got them.

SOMISOMI... you make eating healthy so difficult. Whenever I drive past you, I can't help myself. Why do you have to be so creamy and sweet? Why do you have to have such good flavors like milk tea? Gosh, you even give me cool toppings like fruity pebbles, and offer me free macarons! SOMISOMI, if I can't reach my weight goal, I blame you... but you you are worth the indulgence. Oh well.

It's so good! We ordered the milk tea and Ube swirl and cookie and cream ice cream ahboong. It was perfect - not too sweet. They were delicious! First time here and we'll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!
