We are on our way to Napa, and Yelped a sandwich shop. The location was perfect, but the service and food is why I decided to write a review. Gina was incredible. She went above and beyond, not only with helping us figure out what to order, but also the quality of making our sandwiches and how sweet and kind she was. Our sandwiches were amazing: caprese and pastrami. I highly recommend stopping by when in town.

One of the worst lunches I've had in a long time. The sandwich had absolutely nothing on it, and left so much to be desired. The soup tasted as if it was from a can. The only thing getting this place 2 stars is the bread is good.

We had them prepare a catered lunch for our staff. It was a big success. We had ordered a variety of sandwiches and salads. Everything was prepared to our satisfaction and tasted fresh.

I have celiacs so I have to get the gf wrap. It's the same wrap I get at another sandwich spot. Maybe with the famous sourdough it would have been a better sandwich but mine was just ok. Not a fan of the ordering system. I don't really want to order by weight. I want the best full or half sandwich you've created through trial and error of flavor combinations. If an establishment makes a skimpy full sandwich I'll probably go elsewhere. But I don't like the choosing of ounces of meat. It was fine but I don't think I'll be back.

I've been curious about trying this place for a while. I am not a huge fan of fan of sourdough because I instantly think of Boudin and their sourdough rolls are a bit rough to eat. However, this place kept getting my attention so I decided to try their turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich with the works. To my surprise the bread is DELICIOUS! The sourdough is lightly crunchy and soft with a great chew to it. I'll definitely be back to try other sandwiches in the near future. The picture doesn't do it justice. Solid 4.75 overalls

I had lunch here recently with my wife. It was pretty good and nice inside. Good verify and great bread. Definitely better then Jersey Mike's and Subway.

I ordered the herb chicken we’re your supposed to get two plum chicken breast. My box had only one chicken breast and it was rubbery and flat.I never had this problem when I was ordering from Sunol.

Sandwich was very good. Fresh roll, lots of meat. Service could have been much better. Needed to be better organized . Three young women kept getting confused on who was making which sandwiches for multiple customers...To much personal talking while making the sandwiches.

I agree with Jon G's review but with a few more twists and reduction of additional stars. There is no way I got what is pictured in the photos on the website. Those sandwiches look fantastic. As Jon experienced, the filling for both primary meat and condiments of lettuce, etc. was thin as shown in my photos. Flavor of the chicken salad is very good but the brisket was more like a cheese sandwich instead of a beef brisket sandwich. On the menu, it states: We offer our soup in a cup or bowl with a side of bread or served in our famous bread bowl. I ordered two soups. The creamy tomato is the same kind as you find at Safeway. The clam chowder was very good. I did not order the soup in a bread bowl and here is the issue. I asked for the side of bread or at least some Oyster crackers to put in the soup when I was told "bread only comes with the bread bowl." I said "Doesn't it say on the menu I would get bread?" and I was answered with "we don't offer that." Guess what - I don't eat there any more as I don't want to argue to get what you advertise and what I think I paid for.

*DoorDash Delivery* I had ordered an 8 inch hot cracked pepper turkey, pesto, and cheese. As well as 2 cans of coke because I was splitting this with the boyfriend. Pros: - DELICIOUS!! - I feel like the turkey is high quality. - The bread is amazzzzzzing, like literally the best sourdough bread (it should be with the name lol). - Coke was icey cold. Cons: - The sandwich was very poorly wrapped. - I asked for extra house sauce and I barely even tasted it (bummer). - Not a fan of getting pickles in a brown wax leaky bag, it was very weird. Maybe come up with another way to give pickles? - Sandwich was definitely not 8 inches, it was much smaller (5/6 inches maybe). - In comparison to getting the exact sandwich from the Tracy location, this sandwich was light LIGHT on the meat. We ended up splitting the sandwich and it just wasn't filling. We split the same sandwich in Tracy and we left full. High quality sandwich, subpar execution.
