Like the mall and always have, but be aware of first floor. Shoe polishing area in the center of the walkway always harassing people to get their shoes shined, won't take no for an answer and with YELL until you go over. Seriously tired of having to try to dodge them everytime I go and makes it hard for me to shop at Uniqlo.

Not enough bathrooms. Only 2 in the entire mall. Compared to Sunvalley Mall in Concord which has multiple everywhere.

Lots of shops to visit and they even have some great booths. My favorite was the booth where you could create your own bouquet of crocheted flowers! So unique!

A huge mall with a lot of stores in here. This is at a small distance from the factory outlets.Just saw that some of the stores have still not opened up since the pandemic.

I was in the cosmetics department in Macy's located at the Stoneridge shopping center. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young lady named "Ruby" in the Clinique department. She greeted my husband and I with a warm and inviting smile and asked if she could assist us. She directed us to the area of the product we were looking for and demonstrated the 3 options we had for what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the product and also about an upcoming promotion they were having that included a gift with purchase. She informed us of the pre-sale date and the date the product could be picked up. She seemed genuine about her desire to show us the best product for our needs and did not try and push it on us at that time just to get a sale. She even provided a premade note that said she appreciated our business and included her name. I thought this was a very nice gesture. I don't know if it was something she thought of on her own or if it was something that Clinique was encouraging their associates to do....either way, I thought it was very nice. Ruby provided me with a sample of the product to try which I greatly appreciated. She definitely made me feel like a valued customer and I feel she is an asset to the company!! I wish everyone made you feel important to their business like Ruby.
